A\u010dkoli je to ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b z nich dobrovoln\u00e9, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch zem\u00edch plat\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pravidla a sch\u00e9mata t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se toho, zda a kdy je spropitn\u00e9 na dovolen\u00e9 dobr\u00fd n\u00e1pad. Jestli b\u011bhem v\u00fdlet\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te slu\u017eeb pr\u016fvodc\u016f nebo \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, je dobr\u00fdm zvykem d\u00e1t spropitn\u00e9 ve v\u00fd\u0161i 5\u201310 % z celkov\u00e9 ceny slu\u017eby, v z\u00e1vislosti na m\u00ed\u0159e spokojenosti. V restaurac\u00edch se obvykle nech\u00e1v\u00e1 5-10 % z \u00fatraty, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i v\u00edce, pokud byla obsluha obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V barech a kav\u00e1rn\u00e1ch se spropitn\u00e9 obvykle zaokrouhluje nahoru. \u0158ekov\u00e9 pracuj\u00edc\u00ed v sektoru slu\u017eeb pova\u017euj\u00ed spropitn\u00e9 za projev \u00facty a \u010d\u00e1stka se \u010dasto d\u011bl\u00ed mezi v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance podniku. Spropitn\u00e9 je nejlep\u0161\u00ed nechat v hotovosti, polo\u017eit na st\u016fl nebo p\u0159edat p\u0159\u00edmo \u010d\u00ed\u0161n\u00edkovi. V restaurac\u00edch se obvykle nech\u00e1v\u00e1 spropitn\u00e9 ve v\u00fd\u0161i p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 10 % z ceny objedn\u00e1vky, zejm\u00e9na pokud bylo j\u00eddlo chutn\u00e9 a obsluha p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1. V m\u00edstn\u00edch kav\u00e1rn\u00e1ch, kde pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy je d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota Chorvat\u016f, sta\u010d\u00ed zaokrouhlit \u00fa\u010det nahoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je dobr\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee spropitn\u00e9 lze d\u00e1t tak\u00e9 lodn\u00edm kapit\u00e1n\u016fm, soukrom\u00fdm \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm a person\u00e1lu pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00edmu v m\u00edst\u011b ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed. V restaurac\u00edch se \u010dasto \u00fa\u010dtuje servisn\u00ed poplatek ve v\u00fd\u0161i 10\u201315 %, ale i tak je vhodn\u00e9 nechat \u010d\u00ed\u0161n\u00edkovi dal\u0161\u00ed spropitn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V All Inclusive hotelech je vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159ipravit si drobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky pro obsluhu \u2013 od 20\u201330 egyptsk\u00fdch liber denn\u011b pro ukl\u00edze\u010dky, p\u0159es 50\u2013100 liber pro \u0159idi\u010de v\u00fdlet\u016f, a\u017e po symbolick\u00fdch 5\u201310 liber pro asistenty na toalet\u00e1ch nebo manipulanty se zavazadly. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je d\u00e1vat spropitn\u00e9 v m\u00edstn\u00ed m\u011bn\u011b (egyptsk\u00fdch libr\u00e1ch) nebo v americk\u00fdch dolarech v mal\u00fdch nomin\u00e1ln\u00edch hodnot\u00e1ch. Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky (m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 1 egyptsk\u00e1 libra) mohou b\u00fdt vn\u00edm\u00e1ny jako ur\u00e1\u017eliv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spropitn\u00e9 v USA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tui.cz\/dovolena\/spojene-staty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech<\/a> se kultura spropitn\u00e9ho v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed od evropsk\u00e9 \u2013 spropitn\u00e9 zde nen\u00ed pouze vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edm spokojenosti se slu\u017ebami, ale p\u0159edstavuje hlavn\u00ed zdroj p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Podle pr\u016fzkumu z roku 2023 se dv\u011b t\u0159etiny Ameri\u010dan\u016f domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee kultura spropitn\u00e9ho se vymkla kontrole, zejm\u00e9na kdy\u017e je spropitn\u00e9 navrhov\u00e1no i p\u0159i tak jednoduch\u00fdch n\u00e1kupech, jako je k\u00e1va s sebou. V barech se nej\u010dast\u011bji d\u00e1v\u00e1 1 a\u017e 2 dolary za jeden drink, zat\u00edmco v hotelech se spropitn\u00e9 pro zam\u011bstnance pohybuje od 1 do 5 dolar\u016f za slu\u017ebu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spropitn\u00e9 v Tunisku<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tui.cz\/dovolena\/tunisko\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tunisku <\/a>nen\u00ed spropitn\u00e9 povinn\u00e9 a nen\u00ed pova\u017eov\u00e1no za nutnost. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b uspokojiv\u00e9 obsluhy se v restaurac\u00edch obvykle nech\u00e1v\u00e1 10 % z \u00fatraty a v barech a kav\u00e1rn\u00e1ch sta\u010d\u00ed zaokrouhlit \u00fa\u010det nahoru. V hotelech se spropitn\u00e9 pro port\u00fdry a \u00faklidov\u00fd person\u00e1l obvykle pohybuje od 1 do 2 tunisk\u00fdch din\u00e1r\u016f za zavazadlo nebo den. Pro pr\u016fvodce a \u0159idi\u010de je standardem spropitn\u00e9 ve v\u00fd\u0161i 10 % z ceny slu\u017eby. Taxik\u00e1\u0159i obvykle spropitn\u00e9 neo\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed, i kdy\u017e se vz\u00e1cn\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed v\u00fdjimky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Malta \u2013 spropitn\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tui.cz\/dovolena\/malta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Malt\u011b <\/a>je kultura spropitn\u00e9ho pevn\u011b zako\u0159en\u011bna v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b, zejm\u00e9na v turistick\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch. To plat\u00ed i pro dodavatele j\u00eddla s sebou, kte\u0159\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed s mal\u00fdm spropitn\u00fdm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyu\u017eit\u00ed slu\u017eeb pr\u016fvodc\u016f nebo \u0159idi\u010d\u016f v\u00fdletn\u00edch autobus\u016f je rovn\u011b\u017e zvykem nechat jim jako pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed mal\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky.
