P\u0159esto\u017ee do Alb\u00e1nie doputoval z Ji\u017en\u00ed Ameriky p\u0159es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tui.cz\/dovolena\/turecko\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Turecko<\/a>, dnes pat\u0159\u00ed k nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm dezert\u016fm v zemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flija<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Flija je tradi\u010dn\u00ed dezert obl\u00edben\u00fd v Kosovu a Alb\u00e1nii, kter\u00fd se p\u0159ipravuje z mouky, vody, ml\u00e9ka, m\u00e1sla a smetany. P\u0159esto\u017ee ingredience nejsou nijak rafinovan\u00e9, samotn\u00fd proces pe\u010den\u00ed je zcela jedine\u010dn\u00fd. Tenk\u00e1 vrstva t\u011bsta se nalije na plech nebo do speci\u00e1ln\u00ed zap\u00e9kac\u00ed misky, upe\u010de se a n\u00e1sledn\u011b pot\u0159e m\u00e1slem nebo smetanou. Pot\u00e9 se p\u0159id\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed vrstva t\u011bsta, znovu se upe\u010de a pot\u0159e m\u00e1slem. Proces se opakuje, dokud se nedos\u00e1hne po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho po\u010dtu vrstev. V\u00fdsledkem je jemn\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d s lehce karamelovou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed, pod\u00e1van\u00fd tepl\u00fd, \u010dasto se sm\u011bs\u00ed jogurtu a medu. Nej\u010dast\u011bji si pochutn\u00e1vaj\u00ed na siln\u00e9m espressu nebo na tzv. alb\u00e1nsk\u00e9 k\u00e1v\u011b. Zp\u016fsob jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy je podobn\u00fd jako v Turecku, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se va\u0159\u00ed v d\u017eezv\u011b, do kter\u00e9 se nasype k\u00e1va a cukr, n\u00e1sledn\u011b se v\u0161e zalije studenou vodou a zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 se, dokud se nevytvo\u0159\u00ed p\u011bna. Zejm\u00e9na v ji\u017en\u00ed Alb\u00e1nii je j\u00eddlo podobn\u00e9 tomu v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tui.cz\/dovolena\/italie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">It\u00e1lii<\/a> nebo na \u0159eck\u00fdch ostrovech. B\u011b\u017en\u00e9 jsou nejen masov\u00e9 pokrmy, ale tak\u00e9 mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody, \u010derstv\u00e1 zelenina a \u0161pagety v raj\u010datov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dce (vliv italsk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b). V mnoha p\u0159\u00edmo\u0159sk\u00fdch restaurac\u00edch serv\u00edruj\u00edc\u00edch pokrmy alb\u00e1nsk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b najdete tak\u00e9 ryb\u00ed pol\u00e9vku.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V Alb\u00e1nii stoj\u00ed za to ochutnat grilovanou mo\u0159skou pra\u017emu, tresku, krevety na \u010desneku a sl\u00e1vky na b\u00edl\u00e9m v\u00edn\u011b. To v\u0161e si nejl\u00e9pe vychutn\u00e1te v restauraci s v\u00fdhledem na mo\u0159e a sklenkou m\u00edstn\u00edho v\u00edna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alb\u00e1nsk\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud bychom m\u011bli odpov\u011bd\u011bt na ot\u00e1zku, co se j\u00ed v Alb\u00e1nii, dalo by se \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee v\u0161e, co v sob\u011b spojuje jednoduchost, \u010derstvost a bohatstv\u00ed chut\u00ed. Alb\u00e1nsk\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b je sm\u011bsic\u00ed past\u00fd\u0159sk\u00fdch, ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch a st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00fdch tradic. Na jihu Alb\u00e1nie za\u017eijete siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vlivy \u0159eck\u00e9 a italsk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b, zat\u00edmco na severu ochutn\u00e1te v\u00edce pokrm\u016f poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch z Kosova.
