Mohou za to nap\u0159\u00edklad rozmanit\u00e9 historick\u00e9 vlivy star\u00fdch civilizac\u00ed, jako byli Sumerov\u00e9, \u0158\u00edman\u00e9 \u010di Osman\u00e9. Objev\u00ed se tu ale i vlivy It\u00e1lie, Francie nebo Ma\u010farska. V Chorvatsku tak m\u00edstn\u00ed pokrmy p\u0159ijdou na chu\u0165 opravdu ka\u017ed\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako\u017eto v p\u0159\u00edmo\u0159sk\u00e9m st\u00e1tu se v Chorvatsku hojn\u011b konzumuj\u00ed ryby a pokrmy z mo\u0159sk\u00fdch plod\u016f, obl\u00edben\u00e9 je ale i maso, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jehn\u011b\u010d\u00ed, \u010dasto doprov\u00e1zen\u00e9 \u010derstvou \u010di tepeln\u011b upravenou zeleninou. Pochunt\u00e1te si i na m\u00edstn\u00edch s\u00fdrech, vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch f\u00edc\u00edch nebo legend\u00e1rn\u00edm ajvaru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V Chorvatsku se tradi\u010dn\u00ed pokrmy li\u0161\u00ed podle oblasti, v n\u00ed\u017e se zrovna nach\u00e1z\u00edte. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edly jsou mezi p\u0159\u00edmo\u0159sk\u00fdm a pevninsk\u00fdm Chorvatskem, vlastn\u00ed speciality v\u0161ak va\u0159\u00ed i jednotliv\u00e9 regiony. Co v\u0161ak maj\u00ed Chorvati spole\u010dn\u00e9 ve v\u0161ech \u010d\u00e1stech zem\u011b, je obliba v z\u00e1vinech (pite), ale i ve vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 p\u00e1lence rakiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co ochutn\u00e1te ve vnitrozem\u00ed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chorvatsk\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b je ve vnitrozem\u00ed bohat\u00e1 na r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy pe\u010diva, lu\u0161t\u011bniny a masn\u00e9 pokrmy. B\u011b\u017en\u011b zde naraz\u00edte i na t\u011bstoviny, brambory a fazole, obl\u00edben\u00e9 jsou i dom\u00e1c\u00ed s\u00fdry (nap\u0159\u00edklad s\u00fdr su\u0161en\u00fd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maso se tu v\u011bt\u0161inou p\u0159ipravuje hov\u011bz\u00ed, vep\u0159ov\u00e9 \u010di dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00ed nebo zv\u011b\u0159ina. Vychutnat si m\u016f\u017eete t\u0159eba pikantn\u00ed gul\u00e1\u0161 nebo tzv. regos, tedy pokrm z n\u011bkolika druh\u016f masa pod\u00e1van\u00fd s t\u011bstovinami. P\u011bstuj\u00ed se zde ale i jedl\u00e1 levandule, z n\u00ed\u017e se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed sladk\u00fd sirup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ochutn\u00e1te tu hlavn\u011b j\u00eddla s kr\u016ft\u00edm, jehn\u011b\u010d\u00edm, skopov\u00fdm \u010di vep\u0159ov\u00fdm masem a&nbsp;zv\u011b\u0159inou s p\u0159\u00edlohou z polenty, va\u0159en\u00e9 kuku\u0159ice a brambor pe\u010den\u00fdch se sko\u0159ic\u00ed, zel\u00edm, fazolemi a&nbsp;koz\u00edm a&nbsp;kravsk\u00fdm ml\u00e9kem. Nouzi zde nebudou m\u00edt ani milovn\u00edci s\u00fdr\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed mohou ochutnat t\u0159eba fermentovan\u00fd s\u00fdr basa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typick\u00fdm j\u00eddlem je tu jehn\u011b\u010d\u00ed maso p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9 tzv. \u201epod pekou\u201c, co\u017e je specifick\u00fd zp\u016fsob p\u0159\u00edpravy masa pod \u017eelezn\u00fdm poklopem. Kdo by si v\u0161ak p\u0159eci jen rad\u011bji pochutnal na slan\u00e9m j\u00eddle, toho zl\u00e1kaj\u00ed j\u00eddla s t\u011bstovinami, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobky i ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00fdmi fazolemi, bramborami a zel\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro maso\u017eravce zde vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed vyhl\u00e1\u0161enou kr\u016ft\u00ed slaninu \u010di krvavou klob\u00e1su, skv\u011bl\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 m\u00edstn\u00ed husa nebo kachna a slavn\u00fd je i pe\u010den\u00fd kapr \u010di obalovan\u00fd telec\u00ed steak pln\u011bn\u00fd s\u00fdrem neboli z\u00e1h\u0159ebsk\u00fd \u0159\u00edzek. Na oslav\u00e1ch se pak \u010dasto pod\u00e1v\u00e1 samoborsk\u00e1 kotlovina, tedy pokrm podobn\u00fd gul\u00e1\u0161i, p\u0159ipravovan\u00fd ve speci\u00e1ln\u00ed, a\u017e 2 m \u0161irok\u00e9, n\u00e1dob\u011b ve tvaru obr\u00e1cen\u00e9ho klobouku (kotel) v n\u00ed\u017e se va\u0159\u00ed maso, na roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fdch okraj\u00edch se pak pe\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pochoutky p\u0159\u00edmo\u0159sk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chorvatsk\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b je v p\u0159\u00edmo\u0159sk\u00fdch oblastech bohat\u00e1 na nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ryby a mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody, tak\u00e9 na bylinky a ko\u0159en\u00ed, jako je rozmar\u00fdn, \u0161alv\u011bj \u010di mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159ech, a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b olivov\u00fd olej. Vyzkou\u0161et m\u016f\u017eete t\u0159eba ryb\u00ed pol\u00e9vku nebo ryb\u00ed gul\u00e1\u0161, rizoto s mo\u0159sk\u00fdmi plody \u010di krevety a mu\u0161le tzv. na buzaru, co\u017e je vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed vinn\u00e1 a raj\u010datov\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka s \u010desnekem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Istrii naraz\u00edte tak\u00e9 na m\u00edstn\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u011bstoviny fu\u017ei, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed s gul\u00e1\u0161em, houbami nebo ch\u0159estem, kter\u00fd zde roste divoce a je velmi obl\u00edben\u00fd. Dal\u0161\u00ed specialitou jsou pak nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed s\u00fdry, specifick\u00fd vep\u0159ov\u00fd pr\u0161ut su\u0161en\u00fd na siln\u00e9m v\u011btru a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b olivy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 speciality v\u0161ak zast\u00edn\u00ed ten nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed jedl\u00fd klenot, kter\u00fdm jsou istrijsk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9 lan\u00fd\u017ee. Ty pat\u0159\u00ed k t\u011bm nejcenn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00edm na sv\u011bt\u011b a v t\u00e9to oblasti jsou k nalezen\u00ed po cel\u00fd rok. Objednat si je m\u016f\u017eete v pokrmech z ryb, masa i dom\u00e1c\u00edch t\u011bstovin, chutnat v\u00e1m ale budou t\u0159eba i na hranolk\u00e1ch. Z\u00e1kladem dalm\u00e1ck\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b je olivov\u00fd olej, \u010desnek, petr\u017eel a&nbsp;b\u00edl\u00e9 v\u00edno, \u010dasto zde naraz\u00edte tak\u00e9 na listovou zeleninu, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na mangold neboli blitvu, kter\u00fd je obl\u00edbenou p\u0159\u00edlohou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi dary mo\u0159e si pochutn\u00e1te na mo\u0159sk\u00e9m vlku, pra\u017em\u011b, sardink\u00e1ch, grundl\u00edch, ale i kalam\u00e1rech, krevet\u00e1ch \u010di garn\u00e1tech. Ryby se \u010dasto p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed grilovan\u00e9 nebo sma\u017een\u00e9, specifick\u00e1 je pak pita se sardinkami, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159ipravuje na ostrov\u011b Vis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 je v Dalm\u00e1cii ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u010dern\u00e9 rizoto (crni ri\u017eot), kter\u00e9 se pod\u00e1v\u00e1 s mo\u0159sk\u00fdmi plody, s\u00e9pi\u00ed a olihn\u00ed a je obarveno inkoustem ze s\u00e9pie. \u010cern\u00e9 rizoto je obl\u00edben\u00e9 po cel\u00e9m pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed a najdeme ho v ka\u017ed\u00e9 restauraci nejen v Dalm\u00e1cii, ale i na Istrii. Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed jsou zde tak\u00e9 pokrmy z \u00faho\u0159\u016f, \u017eab a sladkovodn\u00edch krab\u016f loven\u00fdch v \u0159ece Neretva, Trilj \u010di Cetina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ochutnejte tu tak\u00e9 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed dalm\u00e1tsk\u00fd pr\u0161ut, s\u00fdr z ostrova Pag \u2013 Pa\u0161ki sir \u010di v nakl\u00e1dan\u00fd kr\u00e1jen\u00fd koz\u00ed s\u00fdr z ostrova Hvar. Za vyzkou\u0161en\u00ed stoj\u00ed i pa\u0161ticada s njokama, kter\u00e1 se tu va\u0159\u00ed ji\u017e od 5. stolet\u00ed a jedn\u00e1 se o jakousi kombinaci gul\u00e1\u0161e a sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e9 z hov\u011bz\u00edho masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V Dalm\u00e1cii maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 mlsn\u00e9 jaz\u00fd\u010dky, a tak zde ochutn\u00e1te v\u00fdborn\u00e9 dezerty bohat\u00e9 na o\u0159echy, su\u0161en\u00e9 f\u00edky, rozinky, mandle a&nbsp;med. Smlsnete si t\u0159eba na koblih\u00e1ch s&nbsp;rozinkami fritul\u00edch nebo kro\u0161tul\u00edch \u2013 k\u0159upav\u00e9m t\u011bst\u011b s rumem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pokud si d\u00e1te v restauraci skleni\u010dku v\u00edna, vyzkou\u0161ejte vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 Dinga\u010d a&nbsp;Po\u0161ip, Malvaziji z&nbsp;Dubrovn\u00edku nebo dezertn\u00ed v\u00edno Pro\u0161ek.
