Konzistence tohoto m\u011bkk\u00e9ho dezertu p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 \u017eel\u00e9 \u010di marshmallow a vyr\u00e1b\u00ed se v r\u016fzn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edchut\u00edch, od klasick\u00e9 r\u016f\u017ee, citronu \u010di sko\u0159ice a\u017e po slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edchut\u011b, jako je gran\u00e1tov\u00e9 jablko nebo pist\u00e1cie. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed slo\u017ekou lokumu je cukr, do n\u011bkter\u00fdch verz\u00ed se pak p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed o\u0159echy nebo ovoce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edprava dezertu spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a va\u0159en\u00ed cukru p\u0159esn\u011b do spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 konzistence, kdy se barv\u00ed, nech\u00e1 ztuhnout a n\u00e1sledn\u011b kr\u00e1j\u00ed na kostky a obaluje v mou\u010dkov\u00e9m cukru \u010di kokosu.
