From the moment I arrived, the entertainment team made me feel like family. They’re full of energy, laughter, and genuine kindness — always going above and beyond to make sure everyone is having the best time possible. Whether it was poolside games, beach parties, or nightly shows, they kept the atmosphere fun and lively every single day. You can tell they truly love what they do! The pest parts of the entertainment was the pirate horror party, absolutely spectacular!! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — beautiful grounds, spotless rooms, and a tropical paradise vibe everywhere you look. The service was exceptional, and every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and eager to help. And I have to give a special shoutout to Cappuccino from the entertainment team — what an incredible person! Always smiling, dancing, and spreading joy. He really made my trip unforgettable with his charisma and warm personality. If you’re looking for a place to relax, have fun, and feel completely taken care of, Sandscape Coco Punta Cana is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back!

It's my second time coming here, I enjoyed the people the most. You guys should visit the Flip Flopz bar with Pedro, super nice, and ready to serve you. And also Startrucks as well, with Frank Luis, Andres y Alvaro, they treated us very nicely. The guys from UVC, Edward, Marcos & Lobel, gave us a really nice service, trying to get our room ready, and making sure my husband had the best birthday ever. Like every hotel, has its ups and downs, but I'm sure you'll have a good time, find the people I mentioned, you'll have a blast.

Service excellent. Rooms very clean Buffet good.Show was very good. Excursion good. The restaurant need to have more ventilation when electricity went out. They need power plant for that purpose.

I travelled with my son who got injured (no fault of the hotel) we got a call every day on how he was doing if we needed anything even when he was already walking around. Thank you guys in clinic who looked after him so well. Everyone was helpful, the food was good - easy to book the a la carte restaurants via app and the staff was brilliant - special mention to the ladies in Sun Club Adults only bar, they made great cocktails and always with a smile! We were able to use all the facilities after we have checked out whilst waiting for our pick up too. There was entertainment but we didn't take much part in it due to my son's injury, however it looked fun. I would return here and would recommend this hotel to anyone, we felt safe and overall it was a relaxing break.

Carlos Rosa neliss at kaleidoscope food is excellent. But the staff is what makes this place exceptional. Greeted with a Sunsational smile at any hour. Always willing to go the extra mile. The staff made our week wonderful
