Tento hotel je naprosto skvělý vrátili jsme se podruhé a jde vidět, že neustále věci vylepšují i když už tak je vše naprostý top! vše vždy čisté a voňavé ! Jídlo luxusní, personál velmi milý.

Naprosto vynikající hotel s vybornymi službami. Všude perfektně čisto a uklizeno, jídlo výborné, velmi ochotný personál. S přítelkyní jsme tu prožili krásný týden a rádi se někdy v budoucnu opět vrátíme zpět.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but the service here is genuinely the best I’ve ever experienced — and I mean that across the entire team, not just the people you’d normally interact with. From the lifeguards to the cleaners, everyone was warm, attentive and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. A few people in particular deserve a shoutout — Abd Allah the lifeguard was fantastic, always on hand and brilliant with the kids. Peter at breakfast was a highlight of the mornings, consistently cheerful and on top of everything. And Romany, who served at both breakfast and lunch, was just lovely — always smiling, very funny, great with the kids and made you feel like a regular from day one. The resort itself is gorgeous. The grounds are immaculate — there always seemed to be someone cleaning or tending the hotel/gardens, and it really shows. At night it’s especially stunning, the lighting throughout the resort is beautiful and gives the whole place a really special atmosphere after dark. The pools are spacious and spotless, the Red Sea water is crystal clear, and the food and drinks are excellent with a huge variety on offer. The only things I’d say could do with some attention are the kids’ club, which felt a little understaffed at times — surprising given how well-resourced everything else is — and the pool music, which felt like a 90s playlist on loop. A refresh of the soundtrack would go a long way. Minor gripes in an otherwise flawless stay. I’d definitely recommend.

Our stay at Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma was truly exceptional from start to finish, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our first visit such a memorable and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute of check-out, we felt genuinely welcomed and extremely well taken care of. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities throughout our stay. A special thank you to the Housekeeping team, especially the gentleman who looked after our room daily. He was polite, professional, and always did his very best to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. What truly made our experience outstanding was the amazing staff across the entire resort. Their genuine warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our holiday. We would especially like to thank all the teams working at the beach bar and restaurants. They do a fantastic job every single day, providing excellent service with professionalism and a smile, despite the challenging weather conditions. The Kitchen team also deserves special recognition for their continuous hard work around the clock and for offering such a wide and varied selection of delicious food to suit every guest’s taste. The Guest Relations team was incredibly helpful and attentive. It was wonderful to see how hard they worked to meet and speak with as many guests as possible. Their positive attitude and dedication clearly show how much they care about guest satisfaction and how they consistently go above and beyond to meet guests’ needs. A special thank you as well to the Spa team — we had a wonderful massage treatment and a truly relaxing experience. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and enjoyable holiday experience. Its been our 2nd time and this time it was even more perfect as the service improved a lot. Thanks a lot to Mostafa in the main Restaurant, Islam, Mohamed, Hassan, Bassem and Romany and many more unfortunately i don't remember all the names, however service at the beach, pool, restaurant wherever was just perfect. The hotel is immaculate clean and well taken care of. The food variety and quality is superb. Additionally the best pediure from Fatima and the Massage has been great as well. Additionally thanks to the Front office team and manager who fulfilled our room requests. Overall we truly had a wonderful stay and did not want to leave. This is without a doubt one of the best hotels in the region and i can only highly recommend. Its just beautiful and the team makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Hope to be back again soon.
