Hosté najdou vlakové nádraží a restaurace přímo v hotelu, centrum města je vzdálené asi 500 metrů, letiště Roissy asi 2 km a letiště Orly asi 35 km.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Our flight was delayed and Air France gave us a voucher for this dump before our early flight the next morning. When we first walked in, we should have known how it was going to be from the smell. The airline gave us a voucher for food and I was starving but only ate a small piece of chicken because everything looked disgusting. The room looked like a crime scene. It had filthy carpet with many, many black stains on it. I went to wash my hands and when I pressed the soap dispenser, a bunch of tiny baby roaches came running out from behind it My family honestly didn't sleep at all. I sat on top of the comforter all night for fear of getting bed bugs. I think we actually did because I and my son started getting bites when we got home, and I had to buy special spray and spray everything. NEVER stay here if your flight is delayed. Now I know better and that insurance would have covered a better place, but it was late and we were exhausted and I didn't know better at the time.

I needed water for an emergency, so I rushed down to the reception at 3.30 am to ask if i could get some water she said to me that you have to buy a bottle from the vendor for €3. Fair enough, no problem. i didn't mind paying, but I didn't take my card or phone down to the reception with me. I had to rush back up from the stairs to level 2 as I also forgot the key card, and it wouldn't allow me to use the lift without the keycard. Anyway, I eventually got the water. But what I didn't understand that she didn't tell me about the water fountains that was literally situated in a corner in the lobby reception area and made me do a yoyo and go through all that struggle just to get some water!! What such poor heartless and unreal receptionist would make you do that for some water. Don't know if that was because I am different, in colour skin or what, but defo made me feel like I'm feeling what I'm feeling (raisist) individual. She just stood there, looking at me, struggling felt like she and her mate had a right giggle over it!!

Our flight was cancelled and we were auto booked into this airport hotel. They have a shuttle service from the airport but you have to pay (€7) and the drivers are just rude ! The hotel staff were great at reception but the rooms were awful. Bathroom smelt like a drain and the shower cubicle was filthy. The carpet in the room was threadbare and a trip hazard and the room hadn’t been updated, I’m guessing, since the 80s/90s when lime green must have been the in colour. Air conditioning didn’t really make a difference and the hotel was noisy. We had to get up at 4:30am for our flight the following morning and luckily breakfast was from 4am. The breakfast wasn’t that bad with fresh continental food and cooked available. All self service. We booked the shuttle service back to airport and were picked up again by a very rude driver who almost refused to take us for no reason until I showed him our booking and that we were who we said on the booking - unbelievable. I think the shuttle service is outsourced as you couldn’t book into hotel, only via QR code the reception staff directed us to.
