Hotel LIVVO Jandia Golf

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and travelled with Jet 2 holidays from Bristol airport. For us, it was very relaxing and peaceful being set in a scenic quiet valley and as we are keen walkers, ideal for mountain walks nearby. We did appreciate though the free taxi shuttle down to Morro Jable on occasion, where we could catch a bus up the coast, or explore the local numerous beautiful beaches. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived by the reception staff and all the staff were courteous and very helpful. Our room was spacious and in a quiet upper floor position in Block 3 overlooking the football ground/rear parking area. Loved the large walk-in shower and flat screen wall mounted TV with English channels, also the free safe. The entertainment team was fantastic and I particularly enjoyed Pedro's and Fabio's gentle yoga/pilate classes . All the team was enthusiastic and good company - they really seemed to enjoy their work and be genuinely interested in their guests, As for the food and drinks, we felt there was plenty of choice and we enjoyed all of our meals. Definitely 4* standard, No complaints at all! The bread selection and freshly pressed fruit juices in the mornings were really good. We were impressed by all the restaurant staff who were attentive and hard working. We ate twice in the Italian themed restaurant and we can honestly say the meals were the best out of any Italian restaurant we have ever been to either in the UK or in Europe! So hats off to the chefs. The only negative was the lack of cleaning in our room. It was clean on arrival but although a cleaner came in every day to make the beds, empty the bins and change towels every 3/4 days, our toilet and washbasin were only cleaned ONCE during our 14 night stay. The shower floor area as well as the rest of the bathroom floor were not cleaned at all. The bedroom area and balcony floor were never swept or vacuumed let alone washed. It is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4* rated one. In addition, the communal corridor in our block and the interior of both lifts were dirty. I have read mixed reports about the standard of cleaning but felt I must mention it as it appears that in some parts of the hotel at least, it needs to be addressed and monitored asap. Cleanliness is surely the number one priority and will therefore affect the hotel's reputation. However, I want to end on a positive note and say we had a lovely holiday overall - our first visit to Fuerteventura. Thank you.

The staff at Livvo Jandía golf were all amazing, very friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to the animation team who were brilliant all day running activities for the guests and brought a lovely atmosphere to the hotel. Elena was our favourite but they were all great! Our room was really spacious, was clean and tidy and was cleaned every day. All the shared areas were regularly cleaned, on one occasion staff even dried all the outdoor seating on a day it had rained so people could sit out in the evening. Food is slightly repetitive but relatively good for an all inclusive experience. A hotel that I would come back to!

Really good experience the entertainment team are friendly and fun without being to intuitive. the food is good but can be a bit repetitive other then that I can't find anything wrong with this hotel, 5 stars. Elena is a great member of the entertainment team and has been very friendly and helpful.

Animation team is amazing. Made our time here amazing and welcoming. Involves both adults and children and soo inclusive.

Amazing entertainment and atmosphere. Location is in a beautiful area not far from town. Rooms are cleaned daily and always spotless
