Hotel Taimar

My stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The food provided was of extremely poor quality and appeared as though it had been left out for an excessive amount of time, making it completely unappetizing and unsuitable for guests. The behavior of the cleaning staff was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Rather than offering basic courtesy or assistance, they seemed irritated by any interaction and displayed a noticeable lack of respect toward guests. Additionally, our room had an issue with ants. Upon reporting this to both the cleaners and hotel management, we were met not with concern or help, but with blame. We were told that the presence of ants was somehow our fault, and no effort was made to address or resolve the situation. Overall, the combination of discourteous staff, unacceptable food quality, and a complete lack of responsibility or support from the hotel made this stay extremely unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations. Without any support from the staff and with no other option, we were forced to book and move to another hotel on the very first full day of our holiday. Instead of showing concern, sympathy, or even basic understanding during this stressful situation, the staff continued to blame us for the presence of ants and showed no care for our experience or wellbeing. Unfortunately, due to the hotel’s poor service, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for guest satisfaction, our holiday was not enjoyable. We will most definitely not be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodation.

We are here now at Hotel Taimar wow! Beautiful location so relaxed the weather is perfect! The food and drink are good I would love to come back next year. Our room is clean and spacious we are loving our own terrace with cocktails after spending a nice relaxed morning by the pool. The tv and WiFi are great. I found how to convert the tv back to English so we have been watching a channel called bemadtv which has movie after movie one straight after the other

We had a short but lovely stay at Hotel Taimar in Costa Calma! For the price we paid we really cannot complain! The room we stayed in was a premium room and it was actually really nice, it’s so spacious, was lovely and clean, well kept and the shower room is amazing. It had a lovely little outside garden space which was a sun trap and really nice to sit out in of an evening! My only suggestion would be coffee in the room! They had a kettle and had a few teabags for us but no coffee sachets, which would have been really welcome! We stayed all inclusive, again was so cheap I can’t complain really, had a plate full of food every meal. Not loads of choice but there is defo enough and something for everyone! Again only downfall was probably the coffee machine! Always a queue and it took foreveeeerr for one but was nice a nice brew! Drinks wise all inclusive had a good enough selection for us sangria, beer, pina colada and mojitos all really nice! However, there’s not really anywhere as such of an evening to sit and have a drink aside from at the restaurant but we just kept nipping back and two to the bar and took them back to our room and sat in the garden! Pool was nice enough and has a pool bar and had plenty of loungers. Reception is small but really not an issue! The receptionist was really helpful and no issues! I wouldn’t have put it as a four star hotel myself as I don’t think it has the facilities, prob a 3 star but was lovely all the same! The hotel is about 14/15min walk to beach, which is just gorgeous! For our short stay it was lovely and again for what we paid a real bargain! Wouldn’t say it was for children or family’s with young children really.

Hi ! I recently stayed at this lovely property for 5 nights at the end of September. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff are lovely. I visited as a solo traveller. It’s a quiet hotel located on the outskirts of Costa Calma. There are a couple of small family run supermarkets nearby and lots of parking for hire cars and e-scooter rental nearby. The hotel is modern with friendly reception, lovely pool area and great food and drinks. The buffet is small which was perfect for me as it meant I didn’t have to spend ages deciding what to eat, every meal was delicious and the drinks were perfect. The room was modern and always cleaned and had great facilities. The air conditioning was cold, the rainfall shower was lovely and the WiFi worked brilliantly. My room was cleaned everyday and was immaculate. As a solo traveller I wanted somewhere clean, modern and quiet and this hotel offered all of this. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, I will definitely return again .

We have just come back from a fantastic week at Hotel Taimar. It’s so clean, the staff are lovely and very friendly, the food is delicious and hot and the bar flows nicely. The weather was red hot, 33 degrees at most. The rooms are bright, clean and airy and the shower is amazing! Our bedding was changed twice while we were there and towels daily. The beach nearby is stunning and a lovely walk in the morning and there’s lots of local shops and a market twice a week. It’s a peaceful place and excellent for relaxing and switching off. I will be returning to Hotel Taimar next year. Highly recommend
