Great value 5 star resort for Adults

It was fantastic. The food was 10/10 best ive ever had. Came with my mum , she normally goes to secrets Mexico and she loved it here just as much. Hotel is so clean staff helpful. Pools bars views all fab. We was AI not P but had the best stay ever. 100% will be coming back.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was outstanding, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after throughout our visit. The food and drinks were excellent, served promptly and to a very high standard. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it really shows in the overall experience. A special mention to the staff, who were professional, polite, and genuinely welcoming. It’s refreshing to visit a place where customer service is such a priority. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great experience, great service, and a great atmosphere. Keep up the excellent work!

Amazing stay again at Secrets Lanzarote, had a beautiful preferred ocean view room, the weather was beautiful, food was amazing, ate far too much and the staff were so attentive, the staff make this place so lovely. Special mention to Mariana, guest experience who made are stay delightful, she is a credit to the hotel, can’t wait to return.

I would definitely say this hotel deserves its 5* rating. As three friends travelling together we enjoyed an amazing week of calm and tranquility at the resort. The resort is quiet and will not suit everyone but for those wanting luxury surroundings with stunning views and first class food and drink it is perfect. Puerto del Carmen is only a 10 minute taxi ride away if you want peace and quiet during the day and something a bit livelier in the evening. That said, there are still plenty of people about the resort in the evening enjoying a nice meal and drinks before the show at 9.30pm. The Unlimited Luxury Preferred option is well worth the money and with the exception of a very small number of top shelf drinks it is truly all inclusive with an exclusive breakfast option at Potofino, extensive lunch menu at Oceana and numerous evening dining options. We especially enjoyed the Preferred pool area which gave our stay an even more exclusive feel. We all agree that we would return to the resort and would book Unlimited Luxury Preferred again.
