Mystique Regis Habana by Royalton

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful , always available. The rooftop terrace got a brilliant view and it's nice for relaxing and a few drinks . %

I had such a good time in downtown Havana and most of it was thanks to the Mystique Havana hotel. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, especially the concierge. Having breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the city while listening to classical music was such a nice touch. Thank you guys so much for this magical week in the heart of the city!

Arrived to a warm welcome at the door, received help with our bags and an easy check-in. There was nothing available for us to eat. (we arrived at 10pm but a warm drink and a snack would have been helpful as we travelled for 12 hours to get there). The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were told on arrival that they did not have hot water and they were working on getting it fixed asap. The hotel has an AMAZING rooftop with bar, views of the city and the ocean. I love the location of this hotel in the middle of the busy Havana, walking distance from shops, restaurants. An art museum and displays of the Revolution are scattered in the area. The hot water was not fixed after day two so day three we moved to the Royalton (same group) down the street. Love Cuba my travel agency were excellent helping us with the switch. I would definitely return!!

The hotel was beautiful inside and out and in the perfect location. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The breakfast was very good and eating it on the terrace was perfect. The staff are friendly, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble, they are always available. Excellent hotel and would definitely recommend.
