Domaine De Grand Baie

The Location is good, rooms spacious and well laid out. The challenge is all is starting to age. Basin plugs don’t work, (reported in person 3 times and left before repaired) door locks die( fixed but needed to join a call so this made me 20 min late) pool area and surrounds non functional. I tried to order a sandwich and a coffee. It became impossible so gave up and went elsewhere. Disappointing that the basics don’t work, they used too.

Lovely place, helpful staff, professional, Firstly must say - very accomodating to disabled people - gave us a wheel chair friendly room, banisters in the bathroom and shower, no step to go in the shower, flat entrance to room and to hotel itself, got disabled close parking, were very accomodating and helpful with luggage and helping out. Otherwise interesting themed nights, makes the place interesting, lovely music, amazing indoor pool jets jakuzi, steam room and sauna, and outdoor pool, had a lovely time, great spa treatments, food delicious !! (Both a bit expensive for me but worth it) Very accomodating to our needs Prepared early breakfast to take with early trips, interesting stands every other nights selling muritius stuff, was ok... overall good Only complaint, not so clean for my standards , i am a very clean person .

It is a very chill place if you looking to relax and unwind. The Service is top notch and also a walking distance from some shops and restaurants

KiteGlobing at Veranda Grand Baie Hotel Boathouse Special thanks to the team (Loïs, Rolando, Miccaelo and Avi) who were so helpful and professional doing a great job looking after us. Pedalo, canoeing, paddleboards on offer, all free of charge! The team also offer glass bottom boat tours of the abundant sea life on the bay coral. If you're feeling a little braver, my favourite - snorkeling in the bay. KiteGlobing provide all the gear: masks, flippers and snorkels. There is a strong emphasis on safety and an acute regard for the environment - enjoy but don't touch! Thanks gang!

I had a wonderful stay at Domaine de Grand Baie, and a special thanks to Chesham for the invaluable advice to come here with my family. The concept and environment are superb for a family getaway, making it easy to unwind and create lasting memories. Chesham's excellent service from check-in to check-out truly enhanced the experience and left a lasting impression on my kids. The cozy atmosphere and the fantastic food are unforgettable with the variety of snacks and menus kept everyone happily satisfied. A special shout-out to Chef Rakesh for delivering delicious and consistently memorable meals. Domaine de Grand Baie is a must-stay for families looking to feel at home while enjoying a top-notch vacation.
