Ocean´s Creek Beach Hotel

I've stayed 2 nights this October for my birthday & wedding anniversary. To be honest it was very bad compared to other hotels I've stayed before. Seriously I won't ever come again. The all-inclusive is such a waste of money, it's just unlimited drinks that's all. No à la carte available in all inclusive, if you don't like the buffet you must pay for additional meal. There aren't much varieties of foods, moreover the mauritian buffet was the worst for me, the mine frire was not well cooked and the food was tasteless & cheap. I've even get stomach pain & diarhée this night. The tea-time had only 3 snacks maximum per day. Its not value for money at all. For entertainment we waited 30 mins just to get a game of petang & another day same thing for domino. The climbing activities was never attended by any staffs. They tried to compensate us by giving our room back for the 3 hours left after we already packed all our baggages & put them at the reception. The only good thing there is the water slides, that's all. 👌 Not worth of the 4 star, sorry !

Nice and chill hotel for a little vacation. Value for money of course. The cleanliness and coziness of the hotel room and overall were spotless. The service is amazing. Thanks to Jerzy and Muzameer for taking good care of us. Had a wonderful overall experience.

When we arrived we had to inform the Reception we re check in. Nobody was informed we were arriving basically No Welcoming. At the Bar you have to wait although it's not busy the barman are doing their work they don't look up to see if someone is waiting to order. They are busy cleaning doing their own stuffs. We went to spa to book a treatment the lady sat down while we were looking at the menu,while we were expecting to ask us which type of massage suits us best. No discount or offer available for any guests. Receptionist are busy chit chatting with animation staff. Very poor customer service except the Room was very clean and Pravesh Reception very friendly and jovial. All inclusive is not value for money as the A la carte Restaurant is chargeable. Staffs should be more customer oriented especially towards Mauritian Guests.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The staff — Karuna, Navina, Arjun, Akhilesh, and Irvin — took great care of us and made sure we felt very welcome. Their hospitality truly stood out. The massage was excellent and very relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect stay — highly recommended! Thank you
