Not enough staff, long delay in services, towels were missing in room. When ordering drinks at restaurants, we had to wait a lot to have our drinks

While the overall service was good, we experience a terrifying situation with the bar on the day of check out. We ordered two drinks which were not up to quality and was also pre-mixed, kept in a container outside the cooler within temperature above 28 degrees. My spouse got allergic reactions when informed the F&B manager treated us as liars.
