PLAZA Premium Wien

A hotel I confidently return to — Plaza Premium Vienna delivers every time I tend to be quite selective when it comes to hotels, and this is one of the few places in Vienna I choose to return to — consistently reliable and genuinely comfortable. The location works perfectly: next to a park in the 10th district, offering a calm atmosphere while still providing excellent access to the airport and the city center. The logistics are simply effortless. What I particularly appreciate is how well everything is thought through. Private parking, nearby shops, a gas station, even a car wash — all within walking distance. Small details, but they make a real difference during a busy trip. The hotel itself is compact yet very well structured. Navigation is intuitive, the layout makes sense, and the inner courtyard adds a pleasant sense of space and calm. Rooms are spacious, with large beds and high-quality mattresses — exactly what you need for proper rest. Cleanliness is flawless, and the overall condition of the rooms reflects consistent attention to maintenance. Breakfast is well-balanced, fresh, and clearly curated rather than generic. The lobby bar is a convenient addition for a quick meeting or a relaxed drink. Online check-in is another detail that reflects good management — everything is smooth, efficient, and respectful of your time. Overall, this is a hotel that understands its guests and delivers consistently. A smart choice for business travel and small groups — and one I personally trust.

Upon checking in with our group we were told the elevators were not working and had to use the service elevator in the kitchen. The carpeting in the rooms was dirty and stained. The shower doors leaked which lead to water puddles on the bathroom floor. The restaurant was nonexistent and the food served came from off site which lead to it being cold. Because you had to walk through the kitchen to get to the service elevator you can see the prep area hasn’t been used for some time. An overall disaster of an experience. Maybe a once good hotel is no where near a good experience.

Okay stay for the cost. I only stayed for one night upon arriving in Vienna. Room was comfortable. Bed comfortable. Mini fidge, and kettle in the room. Quiet hotel. Bathroom needs improvement, there was noticeable mold in the air vent. I was also double charged, even though I had paid in full prior to check in, and showed proof of payment. After speaking with both the third party booking site, and with the hotel directly they refunded the extra charge. Overal okay.

Stayed here only for 1 night. Checked in late evening and checked out the next morning, hence not much time to really experience the hotel. Checkin was fairly quick. The room was of decent size, with two single beds. It also had a writing table, chair, a minibar, a wardrobe with and ironing kit. Also, thankfully had a kettle with tea/coffee satchets. The hotel also offered a small bottle of water plus 2 wafer packets complimentary. The bathroom had everything required - soap. shampoo dispenser. Sufficient towels. And a hair dryer. Wifi worked fine. Breakfast was okay - decent spread. The hotel was full with tourists so the breakfast buffet was a bit crowded

I booked four rooms, but unfortunately my wife and I could not sleep, because we had health problems. And I am writing this on behalf of my six friends who spent two nights in your Hotel. First the good things. The breakfast was phenomenal. A large selection of food, juices, and all delicacies, The rooms are large and spacious. Comfortable sleeping. The complaint about the rooms is that there are no Italian programs on TV My friends are of Italian origin. It would not be a problem to pay extra. But when asking at the reception, that was not possible either. And the biggest complaint is the Sauna. You call it a Sauna, but that has nothing to do with it. So it would be better if you did not have one. You are only giving the Hotel a bad image.
