We stayed at the hotel from 15–22 May with friends and family and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the quality of the service, food, and atmosphere. The biggest highlight of our stay was definitely the animation team, especially Mayte and Judith. They were absolutely fantastic from morning until evening — always smiling, full of energy, and genuinely passionate about making guests have a good time. What stood out most was how naturally they connected with people of all ages. They created such a friendly and positive atmosphere around the hotel that it really became part of what made the holiday special. Whether during activities, shows, or simply chatting with guests during the day, they made everyone feel welcome and included. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they deserve a lot of credit for the atmosphere in the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food. There was a very good variety every day, with fresh ingredients, tasty local dishes, and enough choice for everyone in our group. Meals were something we genuinely looked forward to. Another thing we loved was the location. The area feels quiet, authentic, and much more relaxed than large tourist party resorts. There are beautiful beaches nearby with clear water and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing walks or spending the day by the sea. The hotel grounds themselves are also beautiful, full of well-maintained plants, palm trees, and greenery that make the whole place feel calm and tropical. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful, and room service was very good — our rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well looked after. This is not a dedicated party hotel, and honestly that is part of its charm. If you come with the right attitude, ready to relax, enjoy the entertainment, and appreciate the atmosphere, it can be a truly perfect holiday with lots of fun and great memories. There is still the possibility to party and enjoy evening entertainment, but it is not the kind of place with loud parties continuing all night long, which for many guests makes the experience much more enjoyable and balanced. We left with very positive impressions and would happily return in the future ❤️ Max and Zhenia

Globales Cala Blanca is an absolute gem of a hotel in a superb location, but read the description on the hotel and travel companies website before going there - it is NOT a party location, and is located in a largely residential area, but a beautiful area with private villas and local homes all surrounded by trees and the view from our pool-view balcony overlooked the local area and the sea. Oh - and what a sun-trap the balcony was! The local area is very quiet and clean, and we felt perfectly safe walking around there. Staff are welcoming and work very hard to keep you comfortable and entertained. Take in as much of the live entertainment as you like (which can be VERY good indeed), or just kick back and chill on the decked veranda. Bar staff, housekeepers, chefs and table staff were all excellent. Bar has the usual assortment of all inclusive options, with things like Magners Cider, premium spirits available for you to pay for. Our TUI Rep, Rafael was always on hand to help out, and a very nice chap too! Food is typical All Inclusive service, but really good variety and hot and fresh. But if you fancy a change, there are restaurants only a few minutes walk from there at the Clana Blanca cove - more on this later! Rooms - our room was well furnished and immaculate inside (Superior twin with pool view balcony), beds surprisingly comfortable and air conditioning that worked! Our safe in the room was 41 euro rental for the week, with an additional 10 euro returnable deposit - I had no problem paying that as its cheaper than losing passports! Some people commented while we were there that there was nothing to do at the the hotel, and that is kind of the point - get out into the local area and explore! So what to do in Cala Blanca? To be honest, if you are the kind of person who likes to bathe in the sun all day, a dip in the pool and then chill out with a few drinks on the hotel grounds (which are very pretty and well maintained) , then this is a perfect place for you. Out and about, there is a small sandy cove looking out to sea just around the corner which is idyllic - you can hire a sunbed and parasol for around 8 euros for the day. Around 800 meters from the hotel is a rocky coastline outcrop which looks out over the sea, and the sunsets are amazing! The Cala Blanca Restaurant is a great place for drinks or something to eat, with an extensive menu. A supermarket a minutes walk from the hotel for your water, milk etc., with gifts an souvenirs, sun protection, wines and spirits etc. Note - you can't buy tobacco from local shops - you have to go to approved Tabac shops in Ciutadella. Cala Blanca's small commercial centre is a ten minute walk away for more shops and restaurants, car hire outlet and the great Blarney Stone Irish Pub - great pint here and excellent burgers! There is also a pharmacy and doctor here too. Right outside the hotel is a bus stop - catch the L64 service to Cuitadella for 1.70 euro - drivers are great, understand English if you are nervous trying the local lingo and take you to the bus terminus in Cuitadella. Buses only take cash, and notes no bigger than 20 euro - so take the right change if you can. The hotel reception can help you here. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Ciutadella, or if it is on the stand, catch the free shuttle bus to the centre, which takes you to the main square. We loved Cuitadella - You MUST go and see it - it is achingly pretty with wonderful architecture and side streets, and a shoppers mecca with boutiques, bars and tapas, deli's and bakeries - and you must check out the cathedral ( opens after 5pm from memory). You must try the Ensaïmada's - very moreish and in a variety of fillings - a very popular pastry with the locals too - it is a specialty of Menorca. Don't forget to check out the harbour, where you can indulge in a huge variety of seafood from the various restaurants here You can easily spend a day here, and not see it all. Monday and Friday are Market day here with a huge assortment of local crafts and typical market clothing etc. Return to the hotel bus stop is easy - buy your ticket from the kiosk on the bus terminal, ask for a ticket to Cala Blanca, pay your 1.70 euro again and off you go. The L64 leaves the terminal on the hour until 9pm. if you miss the last bus, there is a taxi rank in Cuitadella main Square, and a taxi back to the hotel was around 9 euros, before tip. Taxi's take debit/credit cards too! Overall, we absolutely loved Cala Blanca and have already booked to return in May 2027. We came home relaxed and happy, while very sad to leave. But - we will be back! Thanks to the whole Cala Blanca hotel team, Rafael from TUI, the drivers from Torres buses and all the Menorcans who made us feel very welcome!
