Signature Blue Resort

What an amazing experience! This hotel is just out of this world! The rooms, the service as well as the food is just excellent! Stay longer!

I stayed at Signature Blue Resort, Kusadasi (Turkey), on 14 August 2025 for one night, was on a business trip. Regrettably, the hotel’s room condition and overall experience were very poor and unacceptable. At check-in I was assigned an accessible room with a very strong sewage odor and a wet floor with hair scattered around. After requesting a change at the reception, I was moved to another guest room, but that room was equally unsatisfactory. I have attached photographs that illustrate the issues / Room condition was extremely poor and Unhygienic. : Torn/worn towels with bad odor Duvet cover and bedsheets stained with holes Mold in the shower cubicle Hair on the floor and on the bed sheet Dirty socks found in the cupboard; the stateroom attendant apologized and removed them Floor was completely wet in the room and in the hallway; housekeeping appeared to be using plain water and a dirty mop Bathroom had strong sewage odor Frankly, the room felt more like a roadside motel.

I'm here now. My first full day and I'm pretty shocked to be honest! I arrived late last night and the only food available from 11pm to midnight was soup and bread with no butter. They did bring a plate to my room with turkish meze types on but I didn't like it so had to pay and order room service. I was told there was live music on at the beach bar. It was Just some bloke sat by a laptop on you tube with a mic which he never sang into once! Can't wait for tonight! If you are looking to be entertained in the day and night then don't come here. Nothing goes on. Don't get me wrong I have a lovely room but balcony tiny. I am also the only English person here! Tiny bit of beach and no outdoor pool. This is definitely not 5 star! The drinks are awful. The cocktail list is appalling. Can't even get a basic pina colada! No prosecco or fizzy wine, I've stayed in many 5 star hotels in turkey and you can always get a glass of fizz.... not this one. Food- hardly any choice. I am shocked at how little choice there is. And to top everything off I just went to the snack bar and all they have is chips, nuggets onion rings and nuggets. Oh and a pizza..... the guy made if for me and I actually laughed at it when it came out. No sauce on it and a tiny bit of grated cheese that wasn't even melted. Worse pizza I've ever had. Making Pizza ain't rocket science. I'd be embarrassed if I served that up to someone. I am only staying 4 nights here thank god. If it was any longer I'd definitely check in to a different hotel. Um seriously thinking of staying somewhere else tomorrow night. I've still got 3 nights left. Wish me luck. I might die of boredom! Currently the only person in the bar.
