Apartment- spacious, everything you need and more provided including washing machine. Good views, pool and bars close by. Friendly and efficient cleaning team. Swimming- plenty of pools and slides, water freezing in October. Indoor pool is tiny and no staff around to monitor behaviour or overcrowding. This could do with a time slot or booking system (bad weather all week for us) Beach- shuttle you sign up the day before. Beach is small and still not near much civilisation but food and drink and Starbucks available and we found a few small shops as we walked around. Location- so remote. We normally get ourselves around on public transport, walking. This isn’t possible from this location. It’s £45 to get taxi to town and back from hotel so be prepared. Hotel should consider a shuttle to town! Food- restaurant is overcrowded with no time slots or anyone showing you to a table. This should be brought in as tables are not cleared or reset between diners and you have to hunt for cutlery etc before eating. Food is fine, the fresh stuff at the grill and pizza area is better. During wet weather 1/3 of the tables aren’t in use which creates a challenge that the hotel don’t seem prepared for. Breakfast is from 7 but they only start cooking fresh stuff like omlettes from 8. Lunchtime is until 2.30 but they start packing away about 2! Snacks- ice cream available for one hour a day so expect queues! Snack bar for pizza/burger etc is good. Activities- if it is bad weather there is nothing to do but sit in your apartment! There is no indoor space in the resort apart from the bar which is quickly overflowing when it’s raining. One day (Tuesday) of our holiday all the bars and snack bars were closed. We weren’t warned about this and as we had been on a tour all morning we were really hungry and thirsty and unable to get anything apart from drinks at the main bar which can’t be taken to pool or room. This seemed random and no reason given as to why everything was closed! Entertainment- doesn’t seem to be on when it’s raining. We didn’t see anything of it.

Staff are amazing. Learn basic Turkish greetings if you want to be polite and friendly. Make sure you have travel insurance. My husband became ill (nothing to do with hotel) and was admitted to hospital 10 mins away. Staff offered us 24 hour support- everyone! Guest relations, reception, Rep, staff in shop. We couldn't have been surrounded by better people. Bar staff, managers, cleaning staff and entertainment team were aware of our family's situation and offered care at every opportunity. Hospital is fantastic if you have insurance and medic at the hotel is very kind and helpful. Hotel- lovely despite our disastrous holiday we would return. It is remote and costly to go into town but I was happy with all that the hotel offered. Food , drinks and ice cream all fab. The staff ...again.......wonderful people. Stayed October 18-25th 2025 2 adults + 2 children (14 & 10) I genuinely left after a week feeling like I’d been miss sold this hotel and unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives for this resort and I felt that it had been advertised at a higher standard than was realistic. I felt like I needed to walk round with management and make a long snag list to iron out the issues. Some small but some pretty off putting. We went in October half term and due to its mountainous location, the weather was pretty grim. Cloudy almost constantly with thunderstorms and rain. Obviously not something that could be helped by the hotel however, this meant normal animation activities weren’t held either. Like football for the kids or evening entertainment on site. So you’re left with bored kids and no entertainment. (We had brought a lot of our own games but it would have been great for some indoor activities to be put on for the kids whilst the weather was bad). The biggest let down for me was meal times. You had to find your own tables and due to it being quite busy, you sometimes had to just loiter in the dining hall waiting for another family to leave. Tables were therefore not cleared or cleaned and you had to go and track down your own paper table mats and cutlery and clean the tables. The food wasn’t great either. There was a wide variety of dishes available but often these were luke warm or even cold. There was always a lot of recycled food / meals that didn’t appeal. It also felt like cost cutting was always in place. No bananas, no decent seafood. Not decent cuts of meat. My daughter is a vegetarian and survived mostly on chips, bread and a bit of salad. The walls in the dining hall were pretty grimy too. We had one visit to the Al à carte restaurant. Unfortunately this was a bit of a disaster. The red wine was from a faulty batch and had sediment in it. The pasta was cold when it was brought over and the staff were either untrained or complacent. There were some nice sports courts and and table tennis but the equipment was broken or barely fit for purpose. It can’t be that hard or expensive to just invest in some decent balls and racquets? The apartment was perfect for us in terms of space. We had a duplex, two bed apartment with our own bathrooms. Maids regularly left clean towels and bedding but this was in a bag left outside the apartment. We had one cleaning visit in the 7 days but that was adequate. My only issue with the apartments were the beds. They were so hard and the double was a small double at best. As a 6’4” male and 5’10” female, it was an uncomfortable week with poor sleep. I don’t understand why hotels don’t just make the sleeping arrangements more lush and comfortable. Such an easy win. The pools were numerous, spaced out around the complex and always clean. Very chilly though. The staff were either great or miserable. About 50:50 but all overworked. For example, the poor staff clearing the tables needed more hands helping. Honestly, just left disappointed and sad that we’d spent so much money on a holiday that was definitely not up to the advertised material. Would never go back nor recommend.

Travel Dates: 14th – 21st October 2025 Unfortunately, my overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I travelled with three friends, and from the moment we arrived, issues began. We waited around 20 minutes before anyone came to assist with our luggage. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot — there was no in-between. The apartment itself felt neglected, with a dirty bath, kettle, and microwave. It’s clearly run down, and to make matters worse, there wasn’t even a functioning fire alarm — it had been ripped off the wall. The restaurant experience was also poor. It was always overcrowded, and due to understaffing, we often had to get our own cutlery from the staff drawers. The food was bland, repetitive, and overall quite disappointing — I’d rate it a 5/10 at best. The outdoor pools were absolutely freezing, and as a result, nobody used them all week. The indoor pool was very small and always busy, so we never had the chance to swim. The hotel’s description online is very misleading. It gives the impression of having multiple bars, but after 4 p.m., only one small bar remains open — and it’s filled with children running around, making it impossible to relax. Many cocktails listed on the menu also weren’t available. Guest services were equally frustrating. The shuttle to the beach has to be booked a day in advance, and unless you’re at the desk by 8:30 a.m., you won’t get a spot. The same applies to the Turkish and Italian restaurants, which alternate nights and only accommodate one booking per evening. Overall, this hotel feels completely run down and poorly managed. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

This is my honest review on the hotel after staying 11-18 October. Firstly I should point out that the hotels ratings have been carried over from the previous company Kusadasi golf and spa resort and therefore are not a true reflection of the hotels 4+ rating on TA, as unique only took over this year. This is an issue because people are unable to make an informed decision and like me, they choose the hotel based on the inaccurate ratings leaving them dissatisfied and disappointed. I will be honest with my review and experiences. ROOMS Our party of 6 arrived at 6am, and we’d booked 2 rooms. (2 adults and a child in each). We were checked in but made to wait in reception until our rooms were ready. One room was ready at 10am and the other was allocated at 2pm. We were placed in eagle 33 & 38. Eagle 33 was a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex with kitchen. However, the toilets would trickle constantly, and were very noisy. The sofa and curtains were ripped and stained, the bath was dirty. There was no crockery in the kitchen, despite having a cooker, dishwasher and fridge. The room was cleaned once in the week were there, no towels changed and rather than changing the beds, a bag of linen would be left on the balcony. Tea, coffee, sugar and whitener were never refilled. Washing machine door locked shut with clothes inside. The light in the stairwell to the apartment didn’t work. Eagle 38 was a one bedroom apartment with sofa bed, despite paying the same price as us. There was no bath plug, tv not working, previous guests socks under bed, rail fell down in bathroom, not enough cups for guests in room, bathroom dirty, dead flies on window ledge, rusty and dusty lamp, dodgy door lock. Also the maid took the electric card and when we called reception they told us to come and get one. I politely declined telling them they had taken it and should return it, which they did. FOOD Tables and chairs dirty, tables not cleared, no cutlery laid out meaning we had to chase staff about asking for it. Food usually cold unless it was omelette or kebab which was cooked fresh. One of our party had blood in her chicken and there was a hair on the bread. No service whatsoever and staff were ignorant and rude even when I tried to greet them in Turkish. Sick on the dining room floor which was not cleaned up for the whole time we were in the dining room. Toastie machine caked with burned on cheese etc and apple juice unavailable all week. Coffee machines continually breaking down. Also, I appreciate that not everyone likes to see cats whilst eating on the outside dining terrace, but I witnessed a male cleaner hitting a kitten with a sweeping brush, which was absolutely unnecessary. When I challenged him, he simply grunted in Turkish, and began pulling out a chair to get it again, as it had run under the table to hide. There is absolutely no need for staff to behave like this. BARS There were cocktail menus but staff regularly said they couldn’t make them due to not having the ingredients. POOLS All pools were freezing, including the indoor pool. Sun beds torn and broken and floors around the outside pools littered with cups and spilled drinks. FACILITIES Mini golf course in bed repair with the green, bumpy and lifting. Stair rail was loose from the wall and was held on with zip ties. Toilet floor flooded daily by snack bar. Toilets outside restaurant disgusting despite cleaners having just attended. Beach slots unavailable every day and had to be booked 24hrs in advance, and were fully booked by 10am. Shop in hotel very overpriced and charged whatever they liked. One day cigarettes were 2 euros, the next day 7 euros. Hotel grounds generally very unkempt and scruffy, not as advertised. ENTERTAINMENT Animation team were absolutely superb and work tirelessly to make guests happy, especially the children. Big love and much respect to Taylan, Emre and Ozgul, who made our holiday, every time the kids saw them, their faces lit up and they got them involved with all the activities and mini disco. Taylan hosted the darts every morning which we played most days and he made it fun. He is such a lovely, kind soul with a great sense of humour. He made us welcome from day one. Without these guys our holiday would have been much worse and they are a huge credit to the hotel. Also the DJ, whose name I can’t remember, was brilliant and got everyone up dancing at the Afro beats party. The fire show and African nights were also brilliant. All in all, we were disappointed with the standards and service and it is a far cry from a 5 star resort. Customer service is appalling and we addressed the issues above directly with guest relations. Sadly, the issues were glossed over with only a few small things resolved. This hotel is more like a 3 star at the very most. I have been going to Turkey for 25 years and this hotel is the worst I’ve stayed in by far.
