The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the rooms are amazing. The staff are all super friendly and attentive, with special mention to Antony on the bar and also Faieda at Fukwe who both went over and above to make our holiday extra special. The food at Fukwe is really delicious and we found ourselves having most lunches and dinners there. The main pool, although fairly small, has the most stunning infinity views and was sufficient as we had our swim up pool as well. Drinks were top notch. I can highly recommend you try the Kilimanjaro beer. I did a few activities with the hotel; the sunset yoga and village visit, which were both really good. Overall, a stunnng resort and I would not hesitate to recommend it to people wanting to visit Zanzibar.

what can we say this was one of the best holidays we have had . The staff are amazing especially Justina and Upendo at the Fukwe Restaurant need a special mention. The service was fabulous from both women. all staff very helpful. Rooms with the pools were a highlight for us . cant wait to return

Was a very nice experience, i had problems as you guys do not take maestro and as for a big hotel like yours you should accept all kind of payments and also could try to bring some activities like jetski or turtles and horse riding to ensure customers get everything when they come to your hotel

We found everyone to be friendly and welcoming. Especially Anthony,Najima and Alice and Mary. The management often ensured we were having a good time. We loved the idea of no plastic with our own water bottles given. The shop idea for obtaining our own room bar and snacks in jars which prevented waste. The gardens and walks were well maintained and looked amazing. The idea of the wildlife within the hotel grounds amazing.. Dicdics and Bushbabies, the butterflies, dragonflies etc. The beach area was ok, but a little put off with the pushy sales people (appreciate they are trying to make a living but put us off using the beach more.) The entertainment programme was well balanced and not pushed on you, there were always clear signs of what was available. The food was excellent everyday at all restaurants. The evening meal at Fukwe was amazing. Only comment to say on occasions the food could have been hotter. Did have an accident in the sea on a reef walk and the first aid kit was a little lacking with staff lacking in first aid skills, however this was a minor issue which could easily be remedied. All in all a fabulous and fantastic place to be. As this is a new hotel they are definitely trying and getting things right. Would love to go back to see how things develop.
