Rezort je veliký a krásný, pěkně uklizený. Pokoje poměrně prostorné s velkou šatnou a 2 balkony (rodinný pokoj). Luxusní výběr bazénů s dostatkem lehátek. I mimo sezónu animačních programů fungoval dětský koutek. Pláž nádherná, čistá s lehátky zdarma. Jídla obrovský výběr, který se i obměňoval v průběhu dnů. Bohužel teplý pult byl jen vlažný, jak už jsme četli v jiných recenzích. Zákusky vypadaly krásně, ale moc nám nechutnaly. S ostatním jsme velmi spokojeni. K dispozici mnoho dětských židliček. Půjčovna aut přímo vedle recepce za rozumně ceny. Denní úklid pokoje dle naší potřeby.

Myself and my sister had a great relaxing stay at this hotel. We arrived (booked with Tui) to be informed we had been given a free room upgrade. This was really nice, we had a suite in the Premier block. The room was spacious, well designed with loads of storage and immaculately clean. We had a sofa that doubled as a sofa bed which gave us both our own space and a tv each. The fridge was fully stocked with water, fresh juice and fizzy drinks and this can be refilled on request. The hotel ground are impressive, impeccably clean and the landscape is flat so no issues for those with mobility. The pool areas are large, well appointed and there have been plenty of sun beds to be found at any time of the day. The staff have been super polite, attentive and always happy to help. If you have children there seems to be endless activities for them to be involved in and the kids club seems really well managed. The food is varied and there is definitely something to please all tastes. We had dinner at L’Osteria (Italian) last night and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh, very hot and traditional Italian. We will be back to this hotel. Sad to leave on Wednesday.

We spent 6 nights at the hotel with our children aged 1 and 3, and our experience was absolutely amazing. This was the first hotel where, as parents of such young children, we were actually able to relax and enjoy some time for ourselves as well. Everything was excellent, but I would especially like to highlight a few things: Pools – There are pools both for children and adults, with spacious pool areas where families can comfortably spend time without disturbing other guests. Food – Excellent in every outlet. Always diverse, delicious, and suitable for all guests. Special compliments to the Grill Bar team. Entertainment for children – There are activities and animation programs available for children of all ages throughout the entire day, which made the stay even more enjoyable for families. Most importantly – cleanliness. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The staff were extremely kind, always smiling, and ready to help at any moment — from the bellboy upon arrival, to the reception team, chefs, waiters, and bartenders. Special thanks to Ms. Apriliana from the Marley Beach Bar for the outstanding service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again.

I came here with my sister for my 22nd birthday. It was absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s much more beautiful in person. From the location, the rooms, customers service, food, it’s everything and more, no exaggeration. We were welcome by the lovely Salema, who upgraded our double room to a premium room free of charge on arrival. The room was spacious and very clean. The all inclusive food and drinks were delicious and the multiple pools and beachfront were so beautiful. There’s truly something for everyone. All the members of staff are so kind and helpful, always checking in and reassuring us during our stay. You can tell they love doing their job because they took really good care of us. Even the locals outside of the hotel are very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend coming to this resort and this country. It was the most memorable birthday trip I’ve ever had.

I’ve been on many holidays but this was easily 20/10. From the customer service to the quality of food and cleanliness, I couldn’t fault the hotel not one bit. Every single person met you with a genuine smile and kind aura, always willing to help and go the extra mile. The receptionist Sanela was such a darling. Gave us a free upgrade making the trip even more rememberable. The bar staff at each bar and the staff at the Olea Tavern (1/3 à la carte restaurants in the resort) were outstanding. I will most definitely be recommending this hotel and this country to everyone and will be coming back here !!
