Excellent hotel to chill out. The staff were amazing.

We visited Vivid Blue Serenity Resort in April and simply cannot stop talking about it. From the moment we arrived, everything felt serene, friendly, and of course beautiful. The setting overlooking the Adriatic is absolutely breathtaking. Our room was a dream: modern, clean, and with a view that made us pinch ourselves every morning. The location is unbeatable, perched right on the edge of the Montenegrin coastline with easy access to the charming village of Sveti Stefan and the town of Budva. With our hire car, even Kotor was easily visited. The restaurant was a real highlight. The staff were wonderfully attentive and warm, making every meal feel like a special occasion. A particular standout was the Montenegro Night, an unforgettable evening of traditional Montenegrin music and dancing that gave us a genuine taste of the local culture. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, which is a hard thing to do when we are such shy holidaymakers. If you're looking for a romantic, luxurious retreat on the Adriatic, look no further.

We have loved our stay at this hotel from the moment we walked in, the infinity pool is definitely a stand out for us alongside the welcoming staff who have all been very accommodating. We decided to check out of our previous hotel a night early and book here last minute (we already had one night booked but booked an extra night). We got a free upgrade to a deluxe room as we were celebrating birthday and engagement. We had a lovely surprise when got to our room as it had been decorated which was a lovely added touch. They had a band playing on the Sunday night and they had a lovely relaxing view that was very chill. The sunset is beautiful from here too. The car park is a bit of a construction site at the top of the hill just off the main road, with a steep hill to reception, this is the only negative point we have on the hotel. We will definitely be back. It is slightly out of the way but we didn’t mind as we had a hire car and drove into Budva old town in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Beautiful intimate hotel, all rooms face the stunning coastline with the dramatic mountains behind, rooms are spacious, the staff are amazing so helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this resort the last week of October. We weren’t familiar with the country so although the location is not in a built up area, the quiet, panoramic location and view was just what we needed. We stayed in a poolside room so had access to amazing sunsets over the infinity pool The service was pretty incredible. Perfect English, very hospitable, welcome drinks, very accommodating to all our needs and requests, great food and the room was comfortable and we quite liked the products-shower gel etc. We also had a free massage, hydro massage and breakfast included which we really enjoyed Points to note: it would be ideal to have a car as then you can access beaches, towns, shops, restaurants etc very easily, we didn’t, so we took the bus which was very good but more limiting. The staff can share bus timings and taxi numbers. Note the bus timings are when the bus LEAVES petrovac or Budva, not when the bus will arrive near the hotel bus stop. It is a slightly tricky walk to the bus stop as there’s no pavement so be careful! We had very good weather whilst there it was warm enough for a tshirt and shorts during the day, had I known I would have brought sandals! We did sunbathe and go in the pool/sea, very cold but incredible, the sea water is amazing, super clear, very relaxing and calm There is a lot of construction happening, it can be a little noisy sometimes! The road out of the airport is currently being dug up and relaid so it took a little extra time getting to the hotel but on the back to the airport was fine as it was a weekday they had traffic flowing in both directions. Food and drink is very affordable, we had amazing meat dishes, very tasty, the restaurant at the hotel is delicious. The local red wine is also very nice, with a deep, berry, Smokey flavour. My husband like the local Nik beer If you go in the off season check the restaurant is open that you wish to visit.
