Kazela Apartments

Ráda bych se podělila touto cestou o zkušenost a názor s kempem Aréna Grand Kazela z pohledu návštěvníka kempu vlastním obytným autem. Kemp-čistý,čisté sociální zázemí,velké plochy ke kempování s výhledem na moře.Celý kemp je po celkové rekonstrukci,disponuje moderním zázemím co se restaurací či bazénu týče. Na to,jak je celý areál moderní a nový,chybí mu jedna ze základních věcí pro bezpečnost.Skrz vstupní bránu může projet,projít kdokoliv bez čipu či kódu.Areál je oplocen částečně,boční strany kempu jsou volné,kdokoliv cizí může bez potíži kemp navštívit.A to se nám stalo osudným.V noci( a nejen nám) nám byla ukradená 2 horská elektrokola,ikdyz byla zamčená.Po jednání s vedením kempu,policií se nám nedostalo odpovědi,proč tedy platíme kemp,když nemají zajištěnou bezpečnost a pro tyto případy ani pojištění!Kdyby jsme kempovali “nadivoko” a stalo se totéž,ok,naše chyba.Ale v kempu? A ještě s takovým zázemím? I přes tuto velmi negativní a drahou zkušenost kemp pro jeho čistotu a vybavení můžeme doporučit.

Do not go with Eurocamp The camp looks great on the literature. When we arrived we were told we had been placed far away from everything. The main pool was shut, as were most of the cafes. It was a 45 minutes walk into the main town or a train that seemed to run to its own timetable. The official timetable stated that the train ran after 9pm. In reality it stopped around 7 leaving us to walk home in the dark with small children. They also insisted on cash and made up the prices as it was different each time. One time we went to a restaurant, gave our order and they brought out the drinks and then told us they had absolutely nothing on the menu we had ordered. We then had to pay for the drinks! We had to walk 20 minutes with our suitcases and children, there were 11 of us in the party as they refused to provide transport. Eurocamp charged us £70 to have accommodation next to each other, even though the rest of the Eurocamp accommodation was empty. One month after we arrived home, over £60 was removed from our account without prior approval no explanation and after 3 emails requesting an explanation, they have still not responded. Shocking behaviour.

We are satisfied with this camp. It fulfilled everything we needed and once again gave us a peaceful holiday. We stayed in a caravan. One more staff member in the reception would be usefull.
