Pical Resort, Valamar Collection

A very beautiful hotel with lots of things for children. Everything is designer-style and very modern. The room has everything you need. The food is good and tasty. All inclusive is available only inside the hotel; drinks by the pool are not included in the all-inclusive package. Sunbeds on the beach are also charged extra. All the staff were extremely friendly, but a big negative goes to the cleaner, who did not do her job properly in our room. Out of 6 days, the room was cleaned only 3 times. We also never received extra milk for the coffee, and the minibar was not restocked even once (although I’m not sure whether it was supposed to be, I assume it was). Another major downside was that two items were also taken from our room. Unfortunately, we could not prove anything, as we were told that nothing had been found during cleaning. This experience with the housekeeping staff definitely left a bitter aftertaste.

As a family of four with teenagers, we truly had a perfect experience. The resort is beautifully designed, exceptionally well-maintained, and spotlessly clean—you can notice the attention to detail everywhere. The spa facilities are an experience in themselves—relaxing, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed. At the same time, there are great amenities tailored for children and teenagers, which was especially important to us. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—from reception and management to the technical team, everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. We felt genuinely cared for at all times. A perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We would gladly return!

Pical Resort is the best resort ever - the food is amazing, rooms are beautiful, comfy and spacious, everything is nice and clean. They have a rooftop bar with an infinity pool, 3 restaurants, perfect playground for kids (our kids are 1 and 2 year old and they loved it) The biggest recommendation is because of the people who work there - helpful, amazing, full of smiles and you can tell they really appreciate every guest and they want to make sure that you are enjoying your vacation. V level is really something special - when you try V level, you don’t want to go home. It feels like this resort has 10 stars. The food in restaurant Parenzana is so delicious that you must try everything they have to offer. They also have an amazing wine selection (I’ve tried Kante Chardonnay) Qattro Terre restaurant also has a delicious buffet. I could go on and on about this perfect resort, but I’m just gonna say: book your vacation

I don’t even know where to begin, because every single detail of this hotel and resort was absolute perfection. There are three hotels in total, and we stayed at the V Level. Our room was incredibly spacious, and we loved all the thoughtful amenities. The room itself had plenty of storage for two people. We loved the minibar, the complimentary water, and the mini coffee and gin station. Being able to choose the scent of the room was such a unique and fun feature. Our balcony overlooked the sea, and watching the sunset from there became one of our favorite moments. The Amouage toiletries in the bathroom were fantastic, and I especially appreciated the scrunchies, lip balm, makeup‑remover soap, and the fact that the hairdryer even had a diffuser for curly hair — something almost no hotel provides! The towels and bathrobes were wonderfully soft, and having two sinks was so convenient. And the flower terrarium was a nice touch too! There were many restaurants and bars to choose from, but we mostly ate at the Parenzana and enjoyed our drinks at the Note piano bar. The food was mindblowing! and the staff were always warm, friendly, and eager to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Honestly, if we could move in, we would! We highly recommend this place to everyone — families, couples, and solo travelers alike.
