Dreams Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa

Very satisfied with our experience and sharing with a group of over thirty friends and family. Make sure that you reserve in the right location Dreams with family and kids or Secrets (no kids) as we were split up as a group. Also, make sure to get your room up grades when making your reservations as the upgrade costs at the hotel are very biased. Since we had at least 15 families, we all compared the options and upgrades that we received. They were not the same even when comparing what we started with and the final offers that we were given. This did not change my ratine and I'm only providing this to give a fair heads up to those making the reservations. It was a great stay. As for the Tours, most are quite a drive from the resort since the resort location is pretty secluded in a new development area on the north side of the island. We had a pool view room on the 4th floor and the view was great as well as the room's appearance.

Mini baby and Peluche were excellent and professional at aerobics. They made the trip so fun. Junior and Cristel were amazing too. I will come back a thousand times.

Dreams at Playa Esmeralda was a beautiful and remarkable experience. The beaches and accommodations were amazing. The service and attention to detail was unmatched. Will return again!

Good disappointing (Bluewater Grill was the only thing amazing). Resort is beautiful. Communication not great. Times are often wrong. Directions are confusing. App isn’t helpful.
