Sunrise Solara Aquapark Resort

Hotel byl velmi hezký a čistý, stejně na tom byl i celý resort. Pláž byla upravená a moře čisté, ale bohužel mělké. Z jídla bylo na výběr mnoho druhů a všechno bylo výborné. Výhodou byly také části pro dospělé, jak u bazénu, tak v jídelně. Personál byl velmi milý a přátelský. Celkový pobyt na mě působil velmi přátelsky a rodinně. Rozhodně ho doporučuji.

Resort a hotel, byl na velmi vysoké úrovni, pláž a moře čisté, moře bylo však velmi mělké. Velkou výhodou hotelu byly oddělené části pro dospělé, včetně jídelny a bazénu. Personál milý, ochotný a laskavý. Jídlo bylo výborné, výběr byl z mnoha druhů a nemělo chybu. Tento hotel určitě doporučuji a odpovídá 5 hvězdičkám.

Parts of this resort were lovely. The a la-acarte restaurants were great, the pools were plentiful. However. Parts of the pool were falling off and the water was beyond cold. The main restaurant food left alot to be desired. I came with my mom and we did not eat at this restaurant as the food was so poor. The staff were good, housekeeping was great, we had Omar who was a lovely gent. We were told there was a gym on site and if there is we could not find it along with others who looked. We asked staff who just pointed and said left but did not help when anyone got lost. There was no direction from staff or even a map to help guide you around the resort. The telephone in the rooms did not work with loose electrical wires coming out of one. And although there are swim up rooms they had no day bed so you cannot really use them. Unfortunately this hotel is not worth 4.5*. I have been to many hotels in Hurghada, and the attentivness, custom and food i got in this hotel was sub par to any of the other hotels I have stayed in.

I recently stayed at this hotel for several nights, and it turned out to be one of the most comfortable and stress-free trips I’ve had in a long time. From the outside, the property already looks elegant and well-maintained, but what truly makes it special is the overall experience once you step inside. The lobby was bright, stylish, and welcoming. The front desk team handled my check-in quickly and professionally, while still taking the time to answer my questions about the area. Their attitude felt genuine rather than scripted, which I really appreciated. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The lighting was soft and relaxing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space to unpack and settle in. I especially liked the small touches—like quality toiletries, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a workspace that was actually practical. It felt designed with real guests in mind.

Everything good about hotel especially entertainment team who try to get guests involved. Staff are all lovely.
