Remix Hotel

The hotel is next to the Metro station very convenient to go around the city. Rooms are clean, our even has the view of the Eiffel Tower. We got a free upgrade even if we are only on a discounted rate. Got to give props to Irma from the breakfast team, she was so kind, what an angel. On the day of our departure, my son wanted a balloon she gave him one and also some snacks and drinks to go for our train ride to Brussels. She is definitely an asset to the hotel, thank you so much.

Terrible. Sadly, I did not want to listen to all the bad reviews on TripAdvisor or Google, but they are all correct. As a lifetime titanium Marriott, I've stayed in a few....Unfortunately, Marriott has much lower standards in Paris for some reason. Although this Moxy is not the worst marriott brand I've stayed at in Paris, it is very bad. NO AIR CONDITIONING. BREAKFAST NASTY

Terrible location! Homeless and trash and graffiti everywhere. There was an old filthy mattress on the street in front of the hotel the whole week we were there. It was a hot week and our room air conditioning didn't work. I went down to the lobby to ask for another rooming the middle of the night, as we couldn't sleep because of the heat and the street noise was far too loud to have an open the window. The desk clerks just smirked at me and said all the rooms were like that and they had no other rooms. I expected more from a Marriott property. I'd read that it was a new hotel. It looks like they rehabbed an old building and couldn't fix the infrastructure. The hotel itself was clean but overall it was a miserable experience.

The hotel itself was lovely - clean, stylish, and overall a really nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the customer service completely let down the experience. One staff member in particular, a tall man with a bowl cut, was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our stay, which made us feel very unwelcome. It was especially disappointing because the rest of the hotel had so much potential to make for a great visit. We were also told we would receive a complimentary birthday drink for my friend at the bar, but the bar ended up being closed for the entire stay, and no alternative was offered or acknowledged. Small gestures like this matter, especially when they are promised beforehand. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but the poor service and lack of follow-through left a very negative impression.
