Remix Hotel

The hotel itself was lovely - clean, stylish, and overall a really nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the customer service completely let down the experience. One staff member in particular, a tall man with a bowl cut, was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our stay, which made us feel very unwelcome. It was especially disappointing because the rest of the hotel had so much potential to make for a great visit. We were also told we would receive a complimentary birthday drink for my friend at the bar, but the bar ended up being closed for the entire stay, and no alternative was offered or acknowledged. Small gestures like this matter, especially when they are promised beforehand. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but the poor service and lack of follow-through left a very negative impression.

Great location. Really Small room, Pretentious twaddle throughout the hotel. Breakfast so feeble (for €16.50), I didn't bother. Reception was so useless I didn't even get the free drink. Slooow service at Reception cafe. Avoid is my tip.

The room was, at first glance, nice, but when you take a closer look, it's disappointing. The beds were fairly clean, and I didn't see any stains. The bathroom did not get properly cleaned. There were stains in the shower, on the toilet seat, and on the sink. I had to leave a note for the staff, but when I returned in the evening, it still wasn't cleaned. Also, the neighborhood is quite dirty, but of course, that's not the hotel's fault. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, which was comforting. I did, however, manage to have a nice time, and I've been to worse hotels.

Reservation Cancellation #48280123 for Moxy Paris Bastille. Your company canceled my 8 day stay in Paris less than 24 hours of my arrival during the marathon. This is truly unacceptable for someone traveling from a foreign country, who does not speak the language, during a peak travel time (marathon). The challenge of finding last minute accommodations, paying significantly more for a worse location resulting in tremendous stress is awful. You should be ashamed, and I assure this review will be duplicated on multiple review sites.

Rooks was very small, they took a 100 euro deposit which was no said about and I’ve been home for 2 weeks and still haven’t been refunded my deposit after they said to me it would take 2-3 days. I’ve been trying to get hold of them about it and no one is getting back to me
