Albergo Sole

We stayed here with our German family and it was a great experience. Along with the hotel accommodations, we also had the special that included breakfast and dinner. You selected your dinner options the day of arrival and then at breakfast for the following day. We sat at the same table for breakfast and dinner and the staff was friendly. For the tour buses that came in during our stay, they were kept to a larger part of the restaurant. The food was good with the exception of one evening when they served a fish that we all thought tasted pretty fishy and declined to eat but none of us got sick. Other than that, we really enjoyed our food and wine. I would stay here again. Unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of the pool but it looked very nice. During our stay we walked around town, which had awesome views of Lake Garda, it was close to other little towns that we visited. One day there was a vendor market across the street that we shopped at. It isn't there all the time but I think maybe on the weekends. There were also close shops nearby that sold meats and another that sold gelato. It was a really nice visit and again, the staff were awesome. Hardworking and friendly. The rooms were spacious, the hallways were a bit quirky due to the age of the hotel but everything was great and loved the view from our room. There were some hiking paths across the street so if you wanted to venture out and up the hill/mountain, that option was available to you. So many things to see and do from the hotel. If you're driving, there are some rather winding roads but they were good.

Nice location with great view and nice pool. OK rooms but no minibar, which is a major drawback as the service and opening hours of the restaurant and bar seems to be at the managements discretion,which varies from day to day or the general mood of the staff on duty. Luckily, there are very good restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Stay away if you're looking for anything more than a place to sleep.

Visited this hotel with 3 friends. Its excellently located with a nice view over lake Garda. The staff is nice and helpfull and the rooms are dated but clean. The food needs some work we had shrimps that were drowned in sauce. Coffee at the bar is good only at Breakfast its bad.

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. 😃 We stayed here only for one night. You can use outdoor swimming pool. San Zeno di Montana is small camera city but you can find a lot of bars.

This is one of my favourite hotels in the area and I have been here several times, with training groups and for conferences as well as private visits. Extremely helpful staff, good food and and a friendly ambiance, not to mention the breathtaking view of the lake far below. Hot summers like this one are easy here in the cool wind from the mountain behind.
