Hotel Lamm – alpine lifestyle & spa

Hotel je na skvělém místě v centru města. Snídaně i večeře byli skvělé. Parkování v hotelové garáži bez problému i s větším suv. Pokoje velmi pěkné , prostorná sprcha , pohodlná postel. Střešní bazén excelentní . Na uvítání jsme dostali drink. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Be aware of the insolent, uncivil, obviously racist bartender with a funny hairdo. The first time we went there to have a coffee and asked for a cafe Americano, with a little coffee, he was literally in in my face and he brushed off what I said saying, he knows how to make an Americano! But when it was served, it was undrinkable.. And then when I went and asked for some hot water, he was peeved and said, "Oh you want water too"? I let it pass! The next day I went back for a beer! That was a huge mistake. I sat down at a dirty table full of scraps of food. De did not bother cared to clean it up. And I shrug it off until I saw how, when a white couple came in, he cleaned up their table nicely and was exceedingly polite. And then when I went inside to pay for the beer, it got worse. I stood behind the counter as he was preparing some others' drinks I said, "so you are working alone today?" And then he rudely blurted out, "I always work alone." And then, out of no where, without any provocation added, "you are always in a hurry right!" I was dismayed and asked what made him assume that and if he treats other customers so rudely. And without any expression, he said! "I do what I want!" I am shocked that someone who worked for a hotel like Lamm would have the gall to treat customer so badly. And then I asked if he owned the hotel and if that is why he thought he could just simply have the privilege to mystery customers. He said he just works there. I said then, obviously he's a vile racist because he seems to treat white people differently than he treats others. And then I went and complained to the guy at the hotel reception and he was much nicer and receptive to what I was saying and he said that he would talk to the management. My suggestion is do not spend your money here.. this guy gets a salary out of the money we spend. And he needs to be fired.. he reflects poorly on the hotel. Just be aware.

Beautiful hotel- spotless and attention to detail in the room planning, pool, wellness area and dining was next level. The meals at dinner(3 nights) were amazing. I am coeliac and there was no issue with gluten free or sub standard meals. Some of the courses were the best we’ve had. Gianluca was so hospitable and nothing was too much trouble at dinner sourcing delicious produce and meal courses for me. Breakfast was a huge delicious buffet. The hotel is well placed to organise trips to Seceda, Seisers Alm and many other activities. Highly recommend. Cute town

Wonderful location for hiking in the Dolomites. Great rooms, great gym, food is delicious and attentive staff. Clean. Cute town also

The hotel is located in the central part of the town. Our room was very nice with a small balcony and a view of the mountains. There was a spa located on the top floor with an outdoor hot tub (unfortunately it was not very hot). The restaurant served an excellent dinner and breakfast buffet.
