Scheppers

if u love stuck at outside middle of ur trip u should book scheppers hotel and go that day u book and their gonna say we have issue with booking site we cant give a room to 2 nights. And i ask why? we emailed booking to cancel but they dont. i say but i gotta confirmation mail. they say its booking site fault i sent a email to site. so u know us to book why would e mail to us? then again said to us i emailed the site. Then i reached the booking site when we in lobby. She have call she shoutout the booking site on the phone. And we telling us again i dont have room. then she show us a basement room with no bathroom and said if u like i can give this room if u dont have room to night.!!?? what a joke anyways if u book this hotel and got a confirmation mail still dont trust and call or email to the hotel to double check because their brains dont work. they ruined our holiday. hotel very far from city btw and dont have lots of public transportation if u dont have a car. this hotel became my nightmare pls dont go there

Fabulous and amazing staff! Very clean hôtel and nice breakfast. Thank you again to the lovely lady who saved our stay in Rome by booking us and looked after us! She was very caring and we will come back for sure.

I was in this hotel last week. Normally o had to stay 2 night but I stayed just one because it’s really a bad hotel.Toilet not cleaned,hair in bed and lots of other things (see photos bellow).No heat on the 2-nd floor so I had to wear clothes because the blanket it’s too thin. I went at the reception before sleep waiting 20 min for someone,no one came (it said 24 h reception). I work as a front office manager in a hotel Also so I know what that means but when the receptionist tells you « yes at the second floor the heat takes time to warm » and after me saying « no it’s not working at all » she said « yes true in the second floor doesn’t work »….then why you put me on the second floor?????she tried to give me another room next day for me not to go but after a horrible night like that I booked already another hotel. In France this hôtel close directly…3 starts?How comes??Not even s half star… I travel a lot but I never seen such a dirty hotel…
