Služba je velmi dobrá díky velmi profesionálnímu týmu. V bazénech jsou pan Mohamed a Pier Luigi tak laskaví a jsou vám k dispozici pro jakoukoli službu nebo požadavek. Přijíždím do tohoto hotelu již pět let a služby a personál jsou opravdu vynikající. Děkuji vám všem ??

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the care I received during my stay at GB Thermae Hotel in Italy from January 7th to 31st. Emanuel, the manager, assured me that I would receive proper support, but this was not the case. Instead, they assigned a porter to assist me with basic needs, including using the toilet, but he handled me abruptly, resulting in a large wound on my bottom. When I requested proper carers, they were not only unhelpful but also rude and verbally abusive. I feel that the care provided was completely inadequate and unacceptable. Additionally, when I saw a doctor, I was given plasters containing sulphur, despite my allergy, further adding to my distress. Terribly poor quality of care and the injury I suffered. Looking back at my experience, I feel extremely upset and distraught, and I hope this matter can be resolved appropriately.

Only disappointment was the director! he was indelicate, We just complain that our junior suite we overlooking the backyard and not to the park then he started and in front of other guest talking about extra charges if we want to change On the other hand the medical staff are qualified and we appreciated doctor Grasseto.

It has a Venetian royal design. Yes - You feel rich when you enter it. The staff welcome us and accompany us for a short brief over the hotel facilities. It has one indoor pool and two pools outside. The temperature in one of the outer pool was not warm enough. Dinner was a combination of served dishes and buffet and was very reach and of high quality food. Breakfast however contained too much wrapped industrial items instead of fresh products. Location is slightly off Abano Terme center pedestrian street, but its only few minutes walk. To summarize - I highly recommend.

In a week in which we toured Venice and the Veneto and sought out small hotels or B&B accommodation, this was the exception, booked because we enjoy visiting hot springs, and because Padova central hotels looked quite expensive and hard to navigate to. The quality of this large hotel was fine, with very good service. The pool temperature was little below what we had hoped for, based on visits to thermal spas elsewhere. For convenience we ate in the restaurant but it lacked the atmosphere and quality of our restaurant choices over the previous week, and I would recommend seeing what else is available in the neighbourhood. For breakfast the hotel was fine. We found no parking spaces in the signed car park on arrival, but then found plenty of space in the underground parking area which was less well signed.
