Hotel Regina delle Dolomiti

We booked a trip through Nev-DAMA in August 2025 for the period 22 February – 1 March 2026. The hotel was supposedly fully booked and only two three-bed “standard plus” rooms were still available. The price for one room for three people was almost €2000. When we arrived, we received our room and were looking forward to the accommodation. Our surprise was enormous when we opened the door and found ourselves in a room that looked like a run-down cabin somewhere by a reservoir in the 1950s. After we complained that this was not the room we had booked, it took the reception staff almost an hour to understand that we really were not going to stay there. They kept asking the same question over and over again: “What exactly is missing in the room?” Well, for example a table, chairs, wardrobes… Fortunately we don’t watch TV, because there wasn’t one either. Eventually we were given another room, which was at least somewhat better equipped, although the view was directly onto a roof. When we asked if the room could at least be cleaned, the receptionist confidently insisted that the room had already been cleaned. In reality the double bed was messy, there was a bottle of whisky next to it, some kind of used toilet paper on the bedside table, and the extra bed had no bedding. In the end we booked accommodation elsewhere and only came back here for meals. Never again – truly never again. The whole hotel smelled musty and there was a noticeable smell of mould everywhere. The food was filling, but that was about the only positive thing. Simply terrible – both the accommodation and the attitude of the reception staff. And just to add: apart from about four families, the hotel was practically empty.

Excellent location for mountain lovers. Stunning views, great hikes routes and lovely staff. We stayed for 5 days and we will come again. We loved it and the Dolomites are something of rare beauty The Hotel has parking, offers breakfast, pool, sauna, steam room. Great breakfast and a bar for drinks

Me and my family were so supriced when we came, personal of the hotel was so kind and helpfull that I fell in love in with this hotel. Waitreses and a chef was so kind, that I cant even say. Even it was really close to skiing centers.

it was very nice place.the hotel has very delicious food with good quality. I loved there and I would like back there also. reception of hotel was very nice and gave good information about places where we wanted to see.

Any problem, no stress, just relax. Receprion was nice and kind to us, servicing of food could be a little bit faster, but was OK. The rooms are OK and the rest of the Hotel is just perfect, including sauna and swiming pool.
