Ocean Coral Spring

Unfortunately, our experience at Ocean Coral Spring was very inconsistent. While there were a few positives like the Red Snapper restaurant and our wonderful waitress Kodi-Ann, overall service throughout the resort was disappointing. Staff often seemed unorganized, basic information was unavailable, and several dining locations repeatedly ran out of food items early. We also experienced an incident during our stay that required management attention, but despite multiple follow-ups and being sent back and forth between the front desk and different departments, no manager properly got back to us, which wasted valuable vacation time. We were also given conflicting information multiple times regarding late checkout — after being told twice to return the same day to check availability, I went to the front desk at 6:15 AM only to be told to wait for a supervisor, then later informed there was “no availability” because our room was already booked, despite the resort appearing to be at low capacity. Overall, the experience did not match the level of hospitality we expected.

Oceans is always a wonderful experience, the service, food and stay is always excellent. This was my third visit and I will definitely be returning.

The convention center was excellent for our event. The space is well maintained, the good is great and above all, the customer service was top notch. Andre, the manager ensured that we were well taken care of and assisted when needed. Amazing
