Food , service, resort are all outstanding. We went with young kids, and it caters to them with shallow pools, water slides, lazy river etc... Entertainment was very good as well... Only the beach is disappointing but the resort itself makes up for it.

We stayed at Ocean Coral Springs and upgrading to Privilege Service was a complete waste of money. The only real perk is access to a slightly better beach. That’s it. Everything else was frustrating from start to finish. We arrived at check-in time and waited almost 3 hours for our room. The buzzer they gave us never went off. We had to go back to the front desk ourselves, and they simply handed us our room number—no apology, no explanation, nothing. If you want a beach chair or cabana, be prepared to wake up at 5:00 AM every day to reserve one. For a “premium” experience, that’s unacceptable. Service overall was poor: • Staff were often rude or dismissive • The room was not as clean as it should have been • It took over 2 hours to get towels after requesting them through the butler • At checkout, the bellman never showed up, even though it was confirmed the night before The only positive experience we had was Raquel in the Family Privilege Lounge. She was kind, attentive, and made sure my kids had cinnamon rolls every morning. She was the only part of this stay that felt like actual hospitality. Overall, this resort has potential, but the service is lacking and Privilege Service is absolutely not worth the extra cost.

Overall we had a good trip and would come to this resort again. We stayed in a Privilege Rooftop Junior suite. The room was pretty nice, had enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids and all of our stuff. The room though had some issues upon arrival. We were missing our in room coffee maker (butler notated it but one was never brought to our room), the fridge never really was cold (took at least 24 hours for anything to be remotely chilled), the couch was broken (more to come on that), none of the outdoor furniture had any cushions, the upstairs terrace was missing it’s pergola (understand due to hurricane), the lights on the bed showed some wear and tear (dangled down if you opened them out), and the floor wasn’t the cleanest. As for the couch issue, we told our butler that the couch appeared broken, when we sat on it, we sank to the middle of it. He and another butler, possibly a supervisor, came to check it out. They looked at it, sat on it, and stated that it’s just been used and when pulled out to a bed it would be fine and left. It was not fine. Later that night (much later than we hoped) when the housekeeping came to make the couch into a bed, the bed was missing a mattress. This explained why the couch was sinking the way it was. Had the butlers actually looked into this, it could have been remedied much sooner. The housekeeper then had to go track down a mattress which took roughly an hour. Mind you we had travelled all day with two kids and were all exhausted. This made the arrival day pretty rough. Otherwise for the resort and our experience. I felt like the Privilege upgrade is worth it but the butlers underwhelmed. I have seen reviews saying otherwise so maybe the butlers we had just weren’t go getters. Having the privilege areas by the pools and at the beach were great if you got a seat in them. We were lucky enough to get a seat everyday in the Privilege area at the kids pool. Our server there absolutely made our trip. After the rough first day, Jillesa set the tone for the rest of the trip. She was absolutely amazing. Anticipated our needs, always was the nicest and was happy to get the kids frozen drinks (cotton candy drink) from the lobby bar. She went above and beyond every day to make our trip amazing. Terry Ann in the Privilege area at the beach was also great. The food at the resort was just ok in our opinion. There were plenty of restaurant options but the restaurants had very few choices especially for the kids. La Locanda (Italian) was probably the best. Most nights we also checked out what the buffet had and usually ended the night with room service (Ocean Eats). The delivery person every night from there was super friendly. Mike’s the coffee shop was a multiple time a day visit for us as well. The coffee and hot chocolate were superb. Ocean Burger over by the kids pool was also great every day. The burgers, cheese coneys, nuggets and fries were a must! Only complaint by the kids pool were twice, I was approached by workers in green shirts outside the bathroom asking me to get them food. Both times I had one of my kids with me and it made them very uncomfortable. Most of the employees we encountered were friendly. Some seemed to have zero desire to be there and wouldn’t speak. Like going up to a bar that is still supposed to be open and them never saying a word to you until you ask if they are open and the rudely say no. Or the first day when we couldn’t find pool towels anywhere and finally did by the big pool but the woman tried to say they were closed and was very rude until my wife had to get rude back. The sales people trying to sell the Premium travel also were rude if you didn’t want to sign up for their hour long sales pitch. Literally stopped us and our butler as he was trying to take us to our room the first day and argued when we tried to say we weren’t interested. The grounds of the resort were very well kept, you always saw people cleaning. The property felt safe. Again, overall the trip was good. The few issues we had by no means ruined the trip and we would absolutely go back.
