First time visiting El Cotillo. Lovely town and loved the apartment. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great gym. Lovely sunny terrace with loungers. We did hear loud building noise for the first couple of days but this lessened as the week went on, and it did not impact our holiday. Some lovely little restaurants and bars across the street and excellent location for the beautiful beach.

A great apartment in an excellent location! We stayed in room 2418 and really enjoyed the terrace and private roof terrace. The apartment has everything you could need (apart from a pair of scissors!) and even comes with dishwasher tablets! Easy walk to the supermarket and lovely bars around it. There is a building site next door but we didn’t hear any noise from it. Swimming pool open 11am to 5pm. Apartment complex also has a gym, yoga studio, table tennis and washing machine.

Just returned from my 5th stay in Esmeralda. Had another lovely (and quiet) holiday in El Cotillo (myself and 12 year old daughter). There is currently a lot of construction going on in El Cotillo but this did not effect our stay, there was no noise disturbance within the apartments. Apartment was clean, modern and spacious, equipped with everything you need. Friendly staff; and we were provided with a brand new toaster (requested this as we cannot eat gluten). Location is great for the beach/lagoons. Great coffee shop and a few restaurants/bars over the road at Marfolin. Close to a small Hiperdino supermarket, and only a short walk from a bigger Hiperdino with a fish counter 🐟 Very nice roof terrace to watch the sunset. Chilled atmosphere around the pool (however, we much prefer the beach ⛱️). Thank you 🌟

Just back from 1 week at Esmeralda Spotless, modern and very helpful staff. Close to beach and restaurants . Could not have asked for a better place to stay

Fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean and all appliances etc seemed new. Lovely area, bar/steak house 25 metres away and pool the same from back door. We love El Cotillo, it is big enough to have decent shops and restaurants but is not too chavvy and over developed. Car is essential unless you just plan to enjoy surfing! Buses infrequent, taxis rare. We got car locally in Corallejo which was fine, £180/200 odd euro for 5 days. 😎 We loved it and circs permitting will be back.
