An amazing hotel, piece of remote paradise. This hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, spectacular golf course, and views of the sea. Very impressed with this hotel as a whole, staying in a deluxe family room, I have stayed in such a spacious room, it’s more like an apartment, slept very well, very quite and peaceful , and exceptionally very clean, housekeeping team, very polite. Room cleaned each day to a high standard, towels and bedding changed frequently. Restaurant managers, chefs, and staff excellent and very proud of their hotel, lots of food options in the main restaurant, little repetitive but that’s usually the case when you are catering for a large number of guests of different nationalities, you can think outside the box and alter from the pool bar and main restaurant. If you dine in the Themed restaurant, it was Italian themed whilst staying here, options and food available very tasty…especially the pork, cheese and mash terracotta pot. Bar staff friendly, great options of drinks and alcohol free alternatives, lovely to have drinks dressed with the correct accompaniments, loved the mojitos, and Alprol spritz! Reception team very helpful, always happy to help with any enquiry, hotel management very friendly when walking around the hotel. Lifeguard very alert, couple I think on a training program, (early days). Good idea that you can’t access the pool areas between 18:00-10:00, it allows area to be cleaned, and stops people taking glasses in the evening which can potentially be broken and cause injury, plenty of sunbeds, three pools, plenty of options for different swimming strengths. The animation team was the best we have come across. All ages seemed to love them, they were very engaging.I think Pedro and his team absolutely love their jobs. Few previous reviews stating no ice creams and wine glasses, and two drink rule, if you ask at the pool bar for ice creams they have a nice selection of small tubs. and in the evening they serve drinks at the pool bar, in glasses you can then use these in the dining room for wine with your evening meal.I completely understand about the 2 drink rule, it’s stops people being greedy and wasting drinks, Great hotel would definitely book again. Thank you to the whole team.

We stayed at this hotel mid October for a week as a family of 4 - 2 adults, a 13 year old son and a 5 year old daughter. We were in block 1 on the 3rd floor, our balcony was just a bit further along from the car park, therefore lovely and peaceful! Room - we were given a family room which was not one of the refurbished rooms but was amazing! Very spacious- a kitchenette, dining table, large bathroom, sofa bed and a separate bedroom (very spacious) with two single beds pushed together, a double wardrobe with hangers and shelves and a large vanity table. The sofa bed was only supplied with two sheets to cover yourself when sleeping instead of a duvet, would have been nice to have the option. We asked for a duvet but they gave us another 2 sheets! Both the living room area and bedroom had a balcony coming off it. The living area had a huge smart TV with Netflix and YouTube on it if that was something you were interested in. The shower was a waterfall shower with great pressure. There was a housekeeping service every day apart from one, but wouldn't say the service was that great. Floor not swept well, don't think the bedding had been changed at all, toilet roll not replenished (so left with none!) There is a free safe in the room too! Air con worked well. WiFi was quite intermittent in our room. Food - the dining area, bar one occasion, had seating available indoors when we were there. You could sit inside or outside. Lots of people commenting on it being like a canteen - I'm going to be honest and say it was no different to any other all inclusive dining area I've been to! The food was typical of an all inclusive hotel, was hot and replenished quickly. Sometimes the tables needed wiped a bit quicker than they were. The snack bar served burgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings. We didn't really enjoy the food options available at lunch time so tended to eat from the snack bar for lunch. There was only one person serving drinks at the snack bar so it was quite slow. Pools - they were really good. There is a toddler/children's pool with secure gates around it and two slides. This pool, considering it was a pool for children, was very cold. There is a pool up the top where the slides are which appeared to be heated - not sure if it was or not! Once you got your midriff in the water (🤣) was lovely and certainly not cold but cool enough to cool you down in the heat. The third pool was very cold at the start of the holiday but ended up being the pool we sat at towards the end as warmed up. The pool at the bottom was sloped so shallow enough for little children to play at the front and deeper at the back. All pools are salt water apart from toddler pool which was freshwater. Pool opened at 10am and there was never a rush for getting a sunbed. You got free pool towels which could be changed twice a week. Very few parasols which was a shame as it got very hot around midday. Games room - there is one on site with pool table, subuteo table, racing game, air hockey and other games which my teenage son enjoyed. Most are 1 euro and the hotel do not give change so you need to have change with you (which we didn't!) We ended up driving along the road to the promenade where there is another arcade and we got change from the machine there. Entertainment - staff very good, friendly and enthusiastic! We didn't really take part in the activities but they looked fun! We hired a car from the airport (Cicar) who were very good to hire from. Very straight forward driving from the airport and definitely quicker than getting the bus. The hotel is a fair walk, about 45 mins each way (up a VERY steep hill on way back) to beach/shops so hiring a car was useful! This hotel was really nice, set in albeit a remote but beautiful location. Things we feel need improved for us to stay again are: - more parasols - better housekeeping service - shop onsite - floors cleaned more often

Don’t waste your money on the golf. No handicap conversion chart for ladies under 32. Tees so thick the tee sinks into the grass. Dead/brown greens. No course marshall to deal with a 5 ball in the buggies that wouldn’t let us through. Gave up after 6 holes
