Hotel LIVVO Jandia Golf

We spent 5 days at Hotel LIVVO Jandía Golf and overall we had a really good experience. Before arriving, I was a little worried because of some of the reviews I had read online, but honestly the hotel surprised us in a very positive way. It feels like many things have improved and our experience was much better than expected. The hotel is well organised and you can tell the staff work very hard to keep everything running smoothly. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which really made a difference during our stay. The cleanliness was excellent the whole time, rooms, pool areas, and common spaces were always clean and well looked afterr. The pools are large and great for relaxing, and there was always enough space around them. We also really enjoyed the buffet with good variety every day, different options, and something for everyone. The location is perfect if you want a quieter and more relaxed holiday. We definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island properly because Fuerteventura has so many amazing beaches and beautiful places to visit. Overall, we left very happy with our stay. Great staff, clean facilities, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would happily come back again.

Ignore all poor reviews! There are No Negative,s at this Hotel except isolated location and rather noisy entertainment.We stayed here from 28th April to 12th may 2026 in room 2218,block 2 overlooking the top slides pool which is a quieter location.Great rooms! Our room was classed as deluxe double with walk in Monsoon shower and large king size bed and balcony looking onto the pool area.You get a fridge and tea/coffee/kettle and free easy to use safe plus large wall mounted tv which we viewed YouTube on.When you check in,you are given a token each which you later exchange at the bar for a plastic beaker which we kept for the entire holiday but the staff exchange these for a fresh one,this is a good system as saves there been hundreds of used beakers laying around.There is one main Restaurant which is quite big,buffet style food,great quality tasty food something for everyone my favourite foods were the Veal stew,pizzas and new potatoes with spicy sauce,food choices change daily but obviously some are repeated,theres a large salad bar,theres bread counter,and puddings including delicious ice cream.Theres drinks machines but the coffee machine only works at Breakfast time in the Restaurant but theres also one outside for anytime.Theres beer and 3 types of wine on pumps in the Restaurant plus pop and juices.The Puddings virtually never change so are a bit dull but I enjoyed ice cream every day.If you want a change there is a themed smaller restaurant next door which is Italian you have to pre book it,theres comfier seats but we didnt rate the themed restaurant we only used it once.Theres two bars,main one is next to the stage which is also a snack bar,the other is a sports bar on the next level up next to reception we preferred the sports bar as you are above the Very noisy entertainment and theres large screens playing sports especially football and in here you get normal glasses for your drinks plus theres indoor and outdoor seating.Some people mentioned a lot of flies and insects,there are flies outside often which annoyed me and just the odd insect,but bear in mind this is a tropical setting and next to the golf course.The only downside to this Hotel is its secluded location you definitely need a hire car or you use taxi,s as we did,or you walk the mile or so to the local Jandia area or about two miles to Morro Jable.There are two routes to walk down one on main road and the other on the golf course track and then onto an old duel carriageway and down past a closed down hotel either way has steep hills so you need to be fit.There are free taxi,s at 10am and 11am to leave the hotel to go to jandia and a free taxi back at 5pm these taxis have to be booked via reception 24 hours in advance.We often walked down to Jandia and paid for taxi back.The Hotel is Very Clean,the maids work very hard as do all staff.You can upgrade to a family room but in certain blocks especially block one next to reception these rooms haven't been modernised and at block one you get woken up at 05.30am by delivery lorries.When you check in at reception you tick which days you want your room cleaning and towels refreshed we chose every other day,which was always done.There are lifts to blocks but some aren't obvious especially block 2.Theres two main swimming pools plus a kids pool there are lifeguards.All in all this is a great Hotel just location isnt ideal but this is reflected in the price,we booked jet2 holidays two weeks all inclusive including flights,and all luggage and transfers for £600 each sharing a room(two of us).which is amazing value.Transfer time from airport is around 90 minutes.Dont take notice of any one star reviews!!!

Great hotel! Travelled here with my partner for a week in May and we could not fault a thing considering other reviews. Really friendly hotel staff, great entertainment team even tho the hotel wasn’t full they still went the extra mile Room was very modern and spacious with a large smart tv with access to Netflix and all the other apps. It was cleaned everyday, we saw on the reviews people said they weren’t being cleaned just make sure when checking in you tick the boxes at the bottom of the paperwork for what days you want your room cleaned we selected everyday and they cleaned without issue. Food is nice, good snack bar and they provide one night per week in the Italian restaurant which was nice. Drinks where great, cocktails beers and spirits Pool was very good and cleaned thoroughly everyday as well as surrounding areas. Set in a golf course the surrounding scenery was nice. They offer free transfer daily to the local beach as well as pick up which is a bonus so you don’t have to pay for taxis even tho they’re only about 7 euro one way which is not bad. Overall I’d say it’s definitely value for money and would go back!

Our hotel was lovely . Shout out to Alessandro who was an amazing host really brought the energy into everything he did made all the activities an absolute blast the whole animation team was also a joy Julie & Sergio especially!

Lovely hotel, rooms were lovely and clean. Staff were amazing! Receptionist Ivan was so lovely and always helpful. Animation team were super they created a great atmosphere - especially Alessandro, Sergio and Julie they were great fun!!! Had and amazing stay. Would 100% come back!!!
