Hotel LIVVO Jandia Golf

This was my first holiday with a friend and overall wasn't good. Upon arrival reception staff werent helpful with finding our room and when we did get to it, the floor was dirty, a wet towel was left under neath the sink and the shower floor had hair all around the drain. We payed for all inclusive and thought our fridge would be stocked, rather we had 1 bottle of water in it for the entire week. The beds were comfy and we had a large TV. The resturant was poor, breakfast was the worst meal of the day. Almost all the hot food was cold. Multiple times we went to get fruit juice from the machine and it would just pour out water. The a la carte meal was just basically pizza, pasta and salad .Very disappointing. Desserts were poor and had very limited choice, we just stuck to ice cream for the week. There was always ques for drinks at the pool bar as there was only one member of staff working at a time, I'd imagine in summer it would be a nightmare. Fruitit used in drinks was left uncovered (most of the time) and had flies all on it. We made friends with an older lady and her boyfriend, the one night she was very sick sat at one of the outside tables and bar staff stood and just watched her vomiting. Me and my friend helped her boyfriend to carry her back to her room when her vomiting had stopped. The next morning the vomit was still on the bottom of the chair leg and floor, no one had cleaned it! The cleanliness of this hotel is very poor, the side of the pool bar where food is served was always dirty. The grounds of the hotel are nice. We knew we were a fair way from the beach, it costs around 7 euro for a taxi from the hotel to the shops/beach. You can also get the free bus, however the one morning we went to get it there was a few people waiting and we couldn't all fit so me and my friend had to go to reception and ask for a taxi. Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, however there were 2 friendly bartenders. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, we will not be returning. Very poor food and cleanliness of the hotel. Not at all worth the money.

Dirty hotel. Flies everywhere-floors not cleaned of spills, food all over the floor - I saw a cleaner once. Food ok but loaves of bread being sliced by guests without hand protection - raised with hotel but they denied it - no inside areas or lounges not good when the weather isn’t great - very cold can’t get warm - sports bar freezing - our room backed onto service road we had lorries revving their engines and reversing beeps at around 5am almost every morning! Please choose somewhere else

Don’t book this Hotel, its cleanliness is below a 1, not a 4 star hotel at all. Needs more staff, needs daily cleaners… management is not great. Restaurant has not got enough tables for the number of guests. So have to wait for a table! Cockroaches seen in the restaurant twice! Taxi to the beach 10-11, joke! Waited 45 mins, then it’s a free for all, no English queuing. Definitely not recommending this Hotel.

The bedroom was descent so that’s why I gave it a 2 everywhere else was filthy Floors and ground not cleaned spills and bits of food everywhere so obviously that attracts the flies which were in their hundreds at times One morning we did see two woman out with mops & buckets trying to clean a vast area of never changing the water ??? We stayed one week. (Thank god it wasn’t two) and our bed linen wasn’t changed not once Bathroom bin never emptied Bathroom floor never brushed or washed Only get Water coffee tea milk the first day then never replenished dirty cups sat there from the first night when we used then because we were a late check in at after 11.30 pm and were still there when we checked out a week later Food was gust ok Nothing to make you want to run for uour food infect wee had meals out quite a few times or just. Missed a few lunches along the way The entertainment would have been ok (we have had worse) but to have to sit outside at night in winter months isn’t acceptable Sadly I have to say we will never be back

Very nice hotel with a lot of potential for people who like to golf. The hotel is located in the middle of the golf court. Very nice views of the surrounding mountains. Nice pool. We stayed in block 2 in a recently renovated room. Decent bed and bathroom, massive terrace. Buffet restaurant is simple but a wide variety of food. There's always something you'd like. All personel is very helpfull and friendly. Only downside is the cleaness of the public era's. It seems they don't clean with water, so drinks and food which get's spilled leaves stains on the floors which attract flies and leaves sticky stains. If they would handle this, the hotel quality would go up a lot. The hotel is a 30min walk away from the beach so if your less mobile it could be a downside. Overall price quality is exact what you would expect
