Hotel LIVVO Jandia Golf

As soon as we got off the coach and was heading to our room another guest said to us "turn back its awful " Well we laughed to start with. Anyway...Room good with smart tv. Open the patio doors with a wonderful view of a 5 a side football pitch and 10 thousand discarded fag ends(lovely) A token to get your drinks ,ina plastic beaker and that's hot drinks as well. Walk away from the bar and the earth moves with flies. Also around the pool impossible to sunbathe as forever swatting bloody flies. Restaurant filthy staff wipe tables and all debris just goes on the floor and make sure your in there no later than 10 minutes after they open or you've got no chance of a table and have to wonder aimlessly until one comes available then it's a bun fight to who gets it. When you do get a table food is ok but choice limited. We will never return to this sh1tole and will never stay at another Livvo hotel as it seems a poor brand.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and very big. We got standard family room which was actually a good size one bedroom apartment, kitchen with fridge and kettle. Cleaner in the room daily, Lovely food, good variety, planty fruit and veg Great entertainment Unfortunately only one slide was on at the time, Hotel is situated quite far from the beach, Hotel taxi is a joke! you book it for 10 or 11 o'clock the day before but it is only one mini bus only 8 people at the time so you need to wait until it's back for you. We were waiting about 50 minutes for our turn 🙄 better take a private taxi for €7 No shop in the hotel I would recommend this hotel, we had a great time there it's worth the money you pay. Really good value for money hotel, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would have given 5 stars but when we booked the free transfer to the beach we had to wait almost an hour which massively wasted our time. The hotel was clean and the entertainment was great! unfortunately at breakfast we had to sit outside 2 out of the 3 days as there isn’t a huge amount of tables inside. Sometimes the token system was frustrating however it did reduce the amount of cups everywhere so it was overall better. Taking into account how much we paid we felt as though we 100% got our moneys worth and it was great! would definitely return

We had problems with housekeeping we had to ask for towels. The food was blend and cold. A few cockroaches lots of flies. The entertainment was very poor the receptionist was not helpful enough. I’m the idea of drinking out of plastic glasses was an experience the room that we were in the door would not lock and when the wind blew it rattle had to ask for bottled water all the time.

Well what can I say? Dirty place. Extreme lack of cleaning. Flies, leaky ceiling in room with paint falling down which was reported and nothing done. Outside entertainment and bar which was freezing (expected a lounge area at least for relaxing in poor weather). Food was lovely if you liked the same every day. We managed ok but wasn’t clear on labelling. Fish was cooked to perfection though. Wow some staff are very grumpy but a couple of staff were great. Staff in restaurant were hard working but the seating wasn’t adequate for the amount of guests which meant queuing some meals. One person serving on the bar which is ridiculous. Entertainment team did their best. Didn’t get any peace in our room until 11pm as the entertainment racket was deafening. I understand it’s cheap but we expect cleanliness.
