Hotel LIVVO Jandia Golf

Ok let's start with something different. To all those who have complained, criticized this hotel over the last few months, you must be used to staying in 5 star plus hotels, if that is the case I have got to ask why are you staying here?? Location a bit out of the way from the beach area, but for us we didn't mind as we had transport, but I do believe there is transport provided to take you there. Atmosphere, relaxing chilled out just what we where looking for. To our suprise room, massive everything thing we wanted and more (Netflix) on telly for a nice relaxing night in. Best though was over looking the golf course. Value could not get any better than what we paid excellent value. Cleanliness found our room spotless and the surrounding pool area's clean as well. Few bugs going about, but tell me which hotel dose not have bugs? As I said relaxing and chilled out the noise not an issue., lots of space even down by the pol area. Service of all staff was very good and all helpful, reception when we arrived were more than helpful. Food we found to be of good quality and lots of choice for all meals. To those who say it was repetitive, how many choices did you have at one sitting? Different grill choice ever night that we were there, salads fresh. And if you wanted a relaxing meal go to the themed restaurant. Seemed to be lots of entertainment for kids if you got them out of the pool. Two pools, one for kids with flues, relaxing area round the adult pool. Gym which we did use and what looked like a fabulous golf course. Lots of other space for chilling out. Complaints, nothing significant, got to ask why the sports bar was not open for longer as we like our drinks (alcohol or non alcohol) in glass glasses, would have loved to sit up there late afternoon noon, or late night. Big question will we return, definitely and soon with golf clubs in hand.

Waiting on pickup to go home and thought I would give my review. Have stayed for 2 weeks over Easter holidays with the family - 2 adults 3 kids. -Hotel is in a beautiful location. Yes it is secluded and no civilisation outside unless you get a €7 taxi into town or use the hotels free transfer taxi. Highly recommend spending some time in morro jable, it is an area we have been to before and it gets more beautiful every time you see it. -Rooms were amazing. We had an older room that hasn't been renovated yet and it we loved it. Very spacious and beds were very comfortable! -Food was decent, little repetitive but we were here for 2 weeks so was always going to be the case. Drinks we enjoyed aswell. All local branded spirits but they were fine and the beer was Amstel. Token system for cups is a pain at times but I understand why they do it. Only 1 person serving at the bar I can't understand especially in the evening when it is mobbed? -Pools and slides were good but freezing. Takes a couple minutes but once in you are fine :) -Animation team were class. Ale and his team are great and look to get everyone involved and having fun. Very approachable people and they are a credit to the hotel. Only complaint I would have is the hotel needs to update it's cleaning game a bit. Nothing major and to be honest it's mostly other guests leaving their mess that make it look bad at times, but there's a severe lack of cleaning around the pool for days at a time and it shows. We paid £2.5k for 5 of us all inclusive for 2 weeks, for that I cannot complain about much. It was amazing value for money and we would definitely come back for that deal again. Well, well, well, what can I say. Just got back from a week at the resort, first 3 days was windy however the sun was shining then the wind went away and it got hot, hot, hot. The hotel was nice we stopped above the arcade so pretty quiet with baroness views of the mountains which was nice compared to a busy town. The rooms were a nice size with kitchen area, living area with a smart tv and English news also netflix etc. Resteraunt was nice, food was great only 1 day which I thought was repetitive, lamb, pork, chicken ,veil, beef stew (which missed the mash potatoes but came the next day lol). All in all great place for the price, taxis to the beach and return. The beach was to die, crystal waters and beautiful sands. Will be coming back. The only draw back is the taxi time 1.5hrs but.small price compared to the.beaches up north which seam to be gravel based. Well done to the hotel team for a great stay

Just returned home from the holiday with my 2 kids. The location is lovely, hotel looks decent from the outside and we hoped it would be as expected for 4* hotel level but we got very disappointed!!! On arrival, we were told our room isn't ready yet and we can go to eat first, then we can get the room. We arrived 2.45 and room supposed to be ready at 3 o'clock. We came back after having some food at 3.20 to be told our room isn't ready and were told to wait. We waited another 15 minutes and my kids were very tired so I asked if we can get a room ASAP. We were told that our room isn't ready but she can offer different one for us. We got into room to find it filthy and I refused to stay there. The receptionist was very rude and spoke Spanish to her colleagues about me in front of me. Little did she know, that I understand Spanish. She was speaking about me in a disrespectful manner. Gave me keys to our original room at now nearly 4 o'clock and room was absolutely filthy. Upon my complaint, receptionist said it's all same and I won't get anything better so to suck it up. I asked for my room to be cleaned properly. It wasn't. And I complained to tui on our first day and since receptionists were made aware of this, they were even more nasty. Made me wait for the beach transfer over an hour, letting other guests go in front, despite me booking it for 11, I got the taxi at 12.10! When I asked for someone to bring blanket, I waited 2 days for it... When I needed shower gel or towels, again waiting for ages. Hardly anyone came to our room to take trash or change towels. Very poor hotel hygiene wise. Flies all over the pool due to spillages that nobody cleans. Broken glass by the pool was left for 2 days. My son nearly cut his foot, we told staff but nobody cleaned until next day. Food very average and every day the same thing over and over. Fair enough if it would be tasty... It wasn't! Staff in restaurant very rude as well with a few exceptions. Maria was lovely, she was working at the bar and reception and was friendly and polite and 2 other bar staff were nice but didn't get their names. I never complain about things, but I work my butt off to be able to go away for a well deserved break and this break gave me so much stress, I'm actually glad to be home. The ONLY POSITIVES were the lovely entertainment staff!!! A special thank you to Alessandro, Ruby, Elena and Juliett for making our stay at least a bit more enjoyable, you guys went above and beyond with what you've had to make it better for us, I'm grateful. Alessandro is a super cool guy who's great at making kids happy and made the best cocktail masterclass for adults, i really enjoyed that, and thank you for pulling me to dance 😘💃 Elena was an absolute star dancer and made me want to dance even more, her moves were fire!!! The hotel will be lost without you as you moved now to work elsewhere (good on you girl!!!) And also Ruby and Juliett, you both always came by to check in on us and made sure we are having a good time, you ladies are amazing! If not for the great entertainment team, our holiday would have been very miserable.

We are currently staying at Hotel LIVVO Jandía Golf and have been here for 10 days so far as a family, with a few days still to go. There are definitely some positives—the entertainment team are really good and make a big effort every day and evening, which has been great for both adults and kids. The pools are also nice and a good size, and the drinks are what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. The location is fairly convenient too, with around a 10-minute taxi to the beach and main town. However, there are also a few areas that have been disappointing. Our beds haven’t been changed at all during the 10 days we’ve been here so far, which isn’t what we expected. The food is okay but quite repetitive and gets boring after a few days. There are no parasols around the pool, which makes it difficult to find shade. Cleanliness in general could be improved, and we’ve found some of the restaurant staff to be quite rude at times. Overall, we are still enjoying parts of the holiday, but there are definitely some improvements that could make a big difference to the experience.
