Hotel LIVVO Jandia Golf

Me & my daughter came here in may. On the night we arrived we had a issue with needing more pillows but this was sorted straight away in the morning with a lovely apology. The room we booked is a deluxe double which was lovely big bed nice big room plus nice big bathroom the shower was lovely it was lovely and clean. We had towels fresh everyday the cleaners do a lovely job cleaned every day. The dineing area was nice with plenty off space didnt feel overly crowded the food in the resturant was nice. If theres something l would say needs inprovement would be more signs on the food as my daughter is vegatrian and had to keep asking if food was vegatrian but there was a lovely chef who told me he had been to london he was always happy to help. The themed resturant is not great there was alot off poeple walking out and if your vegatrian its a no go one little item and a few cheese selection I would suggest mamagment looks into making it into a place where you order of the menu rather tham having another all you can eat with less options. The staff in the sports bar are lovely especialy the lady the pool was lovely l would agree its in the middle off nowhere but they do ofer a free taxi to the beach l think it would do really well to have a little shop onsite for kids sweets choclate etc the views from this hotel are amazing this hotel is definitly down rated thank you for are lovely stay

On arrival, we were met with a huge smile from Rebeca in reception. Having remembered us from our last visit in December, this made us feel so welcome and valued as repeat customers. We were allocated a top floor room in Block 3, which was our preference and greatly appreciated. This being our second visit, we were keen to note any changes. Definite improvements are the power washing of the main bar, entertainment area, and the choice of cleaning days for your room. These changes have been very positive in reducing flies and cleanliness of the rooms. Only negative change is from hand-made cocktails to machine cocktails. Whilst I understand why this had been done to reduce queues for drinks, it would be appreciated if maybe the Sports Bar in the evening could reintroduce the hand-made cocktails even at an additional cost along side the premium drinks range. Standout for this hotel has to be its wonderful staff who are so friendly and genuinely seem happy to be working at this hotel, which is a credit to the management team. We had a wonderful two weeks and will be back again soon.

My first holiday in over 12 years with my 2 girls and my family and I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly or cleaner place to stay. We have all been made to feel so welcome especially from Sergio keeping everybody entertained with his aqua gym sessions in the day and the rest of the animation team from keeping the kids entertained in the day to mini discos to the nighttime entertainment. They all go above and beyond to make sure all guests are made to feel welcome and at home no matter where you’re from. All the staff are so friendly and always putting smiles on faces. #teamsergio From maddie and girls

The hotel itself was lovely, clean, relaxing and had a great atmosphere, but what really made the holiday special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to Sergio, who was absolutely brilliant! He led the aqua fitness sessions and evening entertainment and never failed to make us laugh. He brought so much energy and positivity every single day and genuinely made the holiday more enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him — he would always go above and beyond if we had any questions or needed help with anything. Such a lovely fella who takes the time to speak to everyone and make guests feel included. #TeamSergio
