Hotel LIVVO Jandia Golf

On arrival get dropped off at the top of the hill at 1am 5 suitcase and a baby in pushchair. Get no help to room which was on the opposite side of the hotel which is not any good for people with pushchair steps to everywhere. No drink on arrival as all machines are off and no shop on site to buy any water. Vending machine available but asked for change and apprently have none! Ate out every day food was not nice at all kids refused to eat it. Cleanliness of the hotel is awful. Asked for the room to be cleaned everyday the floor was never cleaned baby crawling round clothing was black straight away. Do get fresh towels every day which is a plus. Rooms are really big and spacious. Entertainment was not good, done a quiz all in Spanish so cant take part init. Magic show which didn't see any magic happen kids was laughing at it so basically a joke. Spent more money eating out for the kids to actually eat than the holiday so not worth the money

Lovely hotel but limited food and no hotel shop. They have a small vending machine with a few drinks and chocolate in , but no actual hotel shop which is disappointing so if you need anything it’s a taxi down to the shops that cost €9 each way . Food is nice but not much option, wish there was more to do for kids such as a park , staff in the kids club are really lovely !

Hotel experience was massively improved by the fantastic Animation team led by Ale, who was funny, friendly, and engaging, Mos, who was always cheerful, and Amelia, who was amazing with our little one. Big thankyou to the whole team.

Very friendly staff help you with everything happy with the hotel Gabriel was a great help and did everything he could to make our holiday better a legend in my eyes
