First impressions weren’t great, arrived in the middle of the night, had to try and drag 3 suitcases, a pram with a child and another child asleep on her feet - with no offer of help to the room. Eventually got to block 3, then had to get in a lift that someone had urinated in, huge puddle and it stunk. At this point I was wondering what I’d brought my family to 🙈 Got to our room (3227) and was pleasantly surprised by it. Spacious, sofa bed in the ‘living area’ and a large smart telly. In the same room but separate area, kettle, fridge, tea, coffee and cartons of milk. In the main room, two single beds pushed together which were comfortable, dressing table, two large wardrobes and a safe. Some coat hangers in the wardrobe. Bathroom equipped with a decent hairdryer, a magnifying mirror, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Shower over a bath, with no plug. Everywhere was clean, but on arrival our aircon didn’t work, it was fixed the next day. We opted for our rooms cleaned every other day. Floors were mopped, towels changed in and extra loo rolls. But never were our beds changed - which was a shame. We spent our first day around the pool. The pools are clean. They use a pool cleaner everyday, watched them test the water daily. All floors were hosed daily. We did find problems with the pool though. There simply aren’t enough parasols. We counted 95 beds around the lower pool and only 3 parasols (two of which were destroyed by the wind on our last night). There are a couple more around the young kids pool though. Although there seems to be enough sunbeds, if you’re not picky you’ll get one. We noticed lots of people reserving multiple beds - some in the sun, some in the shade which we just didn’t think was very fair. There’s no one around to man the situation either and In 3 consecutive days we watched 3 arguments around it - I would hate to see it in peak season. There is plenty of entertainment through the day. Kids club for the kids, a game at your sun lounger, aqua aerobics and stretching daily. Another game in the afternoon at the stage. The evening entertainment isn’t great though. About 25 mins of kids dancing (disco) around 8pm. Then “entertainment” starting at 9.15-10pm. And honestly we didn’t enjoy it 😂 considering the hotel is so remote. This really is one of the downsides and needs to be addressed. The food is fine. It’s a buffet, quite repetitive but always found something. The breakfast was good. And the snack bar outside was great for the kids. Cocktails were ok.. some tasted like melted icepops, but the ones they made were good. And cava! Check out is 12pm. We asked a few days prior if we could keep our room on for an extra few hours - we would pay as our transfer wasn’t until 6pm at night. Was told to come back the morning we were leaving to see if they had availability. We did and was told no - so an entire day lost, surely they would have known at the point of asking that we couldn’t have it, so we could plan the day. Never have I stayed in a hotel where we couldn’t pay to keep the room on for extra hours, and it ruined our last day. Overall we did have a nice holiday, but we couldn’t have done 2 weeks here. And I don’t think I would return to this hotel. Having read other reviews before our holiday, I was dreading it. But we did find the hotel clean and the food ok, despite our first impressions!

Just got back from our 5 nights stay all inclusive at the Livvo Jandia Golf. Really love place kids loved the slides location is a little out of the way about 2 hr transfer beach and shops is 10 mins taxi around €8 each way. Food was good can’t complain snack bar was great burgers hotdogs nachos ice cream fries pizza nuggets. Breakfast was what you expect sausage bacon eggs omelettes and plenty of others. Main dinner wasn’t too bad chicken legs chicken skewers pizza chips beef stews loads of veg dishes. Disappointed with kids choice but we always found something. Evening entertainment needs improving to attract families it’s wasn’t great and the mini disco for kids wasn’t on for long. Cocktails and drinks choices were great we took our own flasks for the kids as the token for cups was a pain this needs to change and they need more staff. Would I return yes but at the right price I paid £1700 for family of 4.
