Went fot week with my partner was lovely beds comfy but air conditioning not great had call reception for a fan Had trouble with doors as they was changing all door locks and they messed ours up had 3 people turn up.to look at it and lady with all tattoo on her neck was very rude this wasn't our mistake it was theres wasted half day waiting for it to be sorted Then safe went wrong same again Food was lovely lunch times was same menu everyday though could do with changing it up a it Migeul the life guard was so helpful such lovely member of staff Annya also very good Staff work very hard Maids cleaned rooms very well so clean I loved my holiday i just think it lacked little quiet music round pool was so quiet Reception is very far away from adults only I have walking problem's so very hard for me you need something that end of it all 2 days phones didn't work for reception so had go there and was very hard getting there Would we go back im not sure waiting see if any improvements are made There was also lady who serves in restaurant been there lot years very good she was the happiest person in there the younger ones was but moody I will add pictures of door lock wouldn't be hard for anyone to get into your room it's so hard to shut i had problems as arthritis and age is hard

Location was good, all on the flat in pretty terracotta tiled villas in gardens. Rooms are a good size with large bathrooms and your own terrace with chairs and loungers. Welcome drinks in your fridge were a nice touch. A calm relaxed atmosphere with privacy in your villa and peaceful poolside. Pool loungers are comfy and towels changed daily. The pool and surrounding areas are attractive and well laid out. Excellent attentive and really polite and helpful staff across all areas. I enjoyed the sessions for yoga, Pilates, meditation and aqua stretch available daily with Romina and recommend these - she is delightful and adjusts her sessions depending on your ability. Generally the food was good with lots of choices for breakfast. Recommend the full board option as the À la carte lunch menu is very good as are all free drinks throughout your stay. Recommend the lower level restaurant with nice table and chairs adjacent to the bar area which has more atmosphere and you get some options for à la carte. The upper buffet area is less attractive and more a upmarket canteen section. The self service buffet there in the evenings is of a less high standard with fewer choices - I’t would be better to see the hot dishes presented better and also refreshed throughout the hours of service and the cold deserts on ice or in enclosed cold cabinets. - I’d recommend changing the chairs and tables in there to make it more attractive. Overall it is accommodating for those with mobility issues and facilities generally are workable - there are currently no villas within the adults only area which offer full accommodation for those with disabilities requiring wheelchair access and adapted bathrooms, although these are available near the main reception some considerable walk away. Downsides are reception is a long way from the adult only area, as are all the health and gym areas. When weather is poor or wet , there are currently no public indoor areas to use but we understand this is being addressed by the resort for later in the season. This was our second time here, but first in the adults only area - it represents excellent value for money and will be back!

Lovely hotel, quiet and Greta food. I love the staff.

We stayed at this hotel for some peace and sun and honestly we had such a nice time. The whole place is super nice, really calm and easy to enjoy, and the rooms were great too, clean, comfortable and perfect to relax in. What made the stay even better was the staff. Everyone was friendly and always around if you needed anything. and we did some yoga sessions with Romina and se was amazing, you can really tell that she cares and puts effort into it. Overall, just a really good experience and a place I’d happily go back to

Very luxury hotel, quiet and peaceful. Excellent food and all the staff is nice and avaliable. The activities with Romina are very fun and she is so helpful with our concerns and questions.
