Honestly, the entertainment team made the whole holiday. They brought great energy, kept everything running smoothly, and knew exactly how to get people involved without it feeling forced. Would definitely recommend them.

The entertainment staff is the best I have ever seen. They did a Michael Jackson, Grease and Greatest Showman tribute. They are absolutely incredible and thank you for the best holiday.

We returned yesterday and have had a lovely holiday. Our kids are 14 and 10 and I have coeliac disease so need to eat gluten free food. Room We stayed in 5507 family suite with partial sea view, the first few photos are the view from our room. Beautiful views and very spacious, we put the kids in the room as it was to single put together, we slept in the small double in the living room, it was comfortable but was small! We had fridge kettle sink in the room, bathroom was clean and fine for what we needed, two sunlounges on the balcony and table with 4 chairs. Room was cleaned everyday. Pools Pools were warm, we stayed in other hotels this time of year and the Pools have been freezing, but once you were in they were absolutely fine. I was really worried about slippery tiles and even bought special pool shoes for the kids but we found it fine, I do drill it in to my kids to walk slowly and we didn't slip once. We also had no problem getting sunlounges we usually went to the Pools in the afternoonn and always managed to get 4 lounges together. Pool towels we hired for £10 euros each. Drinks Lots of dri ks machines dotted about where you scan tour wrist band and can get fizzy drinks, juices, water and coffee. Pool bar has slushies included in the all inclusive and we tried the cocktails that were OK, I liked the mojito and the tequila sunrise and my daughter liked the non alcohol San Francisco. The cocktails are pre mixed, would have been nicer to have the made fresh. Restaurant drinks are the same machines that are dotted around the hotel but with the addition of still and sparkling water, wine and beer. I liked the white wine. Food. We found that if we went for food between 6.30 and 7pm we could get a seat on the balcony, which has gorgeous views I included photo above, it was much quieter out there and also quieter getting the food too Breakfast had a good selection my kids loved the churros and pancakes. They had lots of pastries, colds meats cheese fresh fruit, freshly made omelette, sausage bacon etc. Gluten free breakfast they had a separate area with white gluten free bread with a toaster that is like a grill that you use the tongs to place the bread in and the flip it, I used this and was never ill and never saw anyone use normal bread in it. They also had chocolate cereal, chocolate muffins unwrapped and biscuits unwrapped. I ate the omelette every day too and was always fine. Lunch A small selection in the restaurant, salads, fries, vegetables, grilled meat, some puddings and icecream machine. The snack bar had toasties, burgers, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, fries, salad etc small selection of puddings and pastries then a freezer woth tubs of ice-cream which are gluten free. The fries in the snack bar are gluten free as cooked in a separate fryer dedicated to fries, I would eat these but just wait a few minutes for a fresh batch, I never waited more than 5 mins then i used a fork to serve them( the tongs in the snack bar look contaminated In crumbs) Dinner As I said get there early as possible, lovely food and great selection my husband and kids always had something lovely, Pizza, Chinese, Mexican, Pasta, steaks etc. Gluten free was OK but a bit repetitive, grilled meats were alway gluten fee, chicken steak, pork etc the chefs will guide you through what you can have too, lots of salads and vegetables and paella. I had the gluten free pizza twice, just ask at the pizza counter for a sin gluten pizza then go back ten mins later to collect, same with fries ask at the grilled meat section for sin gluten fries and they put some oil in a pan and cook them in that so no contamination. I did ask for sin gluten pasta one night but it was cold and was cooked right next to where she was cooking and draining normal pasta so I didn't eat it due to cross contamination risk. Gluten free puddings in the evening are good, designated section packaged up lemon cake, brownies and schar chocolate muffins and unpackaged cookies don't use the tongs for these as loads on non gluten free kids were getting these. I used the whippy machine and the icecream syrups and was fine no reaction, they have small tubs or I just put some on my plate next to the gf cake. My kids loved the chocolate fountain they had loads to put in there, marshmallows, gummy sweets fruit etc and lots of 'normal' cakes. We found are way around the hotel fine, we went on the free coach to the beach twice, and hired the pedalos with a slide for £15 euros for a hour that the kids loved. We booked the boat to the market at reception £13 return for adults and £6 return for kids. We went to the Morgan Mall and down the the peurto rico beach for a look round. Then the shops at the top of the hill, lots of cheap bits like handbags and keyring souvenir type shops, my son got a football that he enjoyed using at the football courts, however the football courts where chaos in the evenings, my husband ended up organising matches with them all as it was getting unsafe with footballs flying everywhere and kids fighting etc, no adults supervising, they could do with a member of the entertainment team out there during the evenings really. Entertainment was quite good some nights then other nights absolutely terrible, hit and miss really. Overall we had a great holiday, fantastic hotel for family's probably not great for couples. Lovely area, very clean and modern.

This hotel is beautiful? The views are breathtaking but firstly we travelled out of season and didn’t think the ratio from kids to adults would have been like it was. Kids everywhere, feral is an understatement. We don’t mind kids, we have our own, but they were everywhere. It ruined our stay. Secondly there were also so many pigeons, because people leave food all over, the place is swarmed with them. The staff try to keep on top of stuff but it’s a battle. Thirdly They also need to work on the food, it wasn’t good at all. I was really ill one night, I can’t be 100% it was the food, but it was never hot, and again feral kids with their hands all over everything, parents just didn’t care. This hotel would be lovely if they could vet people that booked 🤣 and better quality food. Shame really. We wouldn’t return.

I've stayed at many hotels in the area, but I just keep coming back here. Just got home after my 3rd stay at the servatur peurto azul and had a fantastic time as always. Me and my wife stayed in the duplex with a private plunge pool, and it was just fantastic! We've stayed here as a couple, and we've stayed here as a family..... Every time has been fantastic. you will not be disappointed! I'm sure we will be back again soon. Lol.
