Second visit to the hotel. Best hotel in the area for families. Entertainment all day and night. Entertainment shows at night by the animation team is far better than external Entertainment.

Brilliant for kids and adults

Just got back from servatur puerto azul and had a fantastic holiday .this is my third year running and i have booked for next year .the food seems to get better every year and there seems to be more to choice from every year.my partner has a disability and they try to get the most suitable room to suit are needs which we are grateful for .even though it's my third year it can be a bit confusing when you are given directions to your room with so many floors but it's not a problem. The only problem is which is a good problem there is so many different foods choose from. Lol . I would like to thank all the staff and management for yet another fantastic holiday. See you next year

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday at Servatur Puerto Azul and would definitely return! I’ll start with the only negative. Unfortunately, our arrival experience wasn’t great due to a receptionist named Angie. We arrived late at night with young children, already tired from travelling, and were met with a very unwelcoming attitude. She told us, “your room is so far away you’re going to hate it.” Naturally, I was concerned and asked if there was anything she could do or if someone could show us where to go. She said she would get a colleague to take us, adding that he had actually finished work so we should feel lucky. The whole interaction felt quite rude and unnecessarily negative—it really wasn’t the warm welcome you hope for when starting your holiday. That said, after all the worrying, the room wasn’t THAT far away at all—and the view was absolutely worth it! We ended up loving our room. The rest of the stay more than made up for that first impression. The animation team are the BEST! They brought so much energy every day and made everyone feel included and welcome. There was always something going on, especially for children—ours were never bored for a second. The food was excellent, with a huge variety to choose from at every meal. There was always something for everyone, which made dining really enjoyable. We also loved the wristband system for the room key and drinks—such a convenient touch that made everything easier. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, very clean, and clearly well looked after. A big well done to all the staff who maintain such high standards throughout. Despite the rocky start, we truly had an amazing holiday and would absolutely stay here again… just hopefully not be welcomed by Angie next time!!
