Servatur Puerto Azul

This hotel is nice you can’t deny aesthetically it’s beautiful, the views are amazing, but I am frustrated at a few things, the kids club being one, it’s very hit and miss, some days it’s on some days it’s not, timings are off, it’s non existent for my 10 year old - there is a room but it’s always closed, not sure why kids club for this age is even advertised, bar staff aren’t the friendliest, we are all inclusive and the drinks you can get from the bar are disappointing especially the watered down severely sweet “cocktails” it’s not very nice seeing people with gold wrist bands get amazing cocktails - I know they’ve paid more but come on it’s a completely different cocktail - our daquiris and theirs? I get ours is in a smaller glass but it’s tastelss. food is amazing here and nice restaurant, but I’m having a hard time with the down sides it would put me off coming again, especially after the hefty amount we spent on this holiday, I would expect better drinks if I’m being honest.

My partner, our 8 month old baby and me came here at the beginning of June and we absolutely loved it. We would love to come back in the future. We were always able to get sunbeds around the pools even when we didn’t go round until the afternoons. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Rooms were perfect and the cleaners were in every day. They also provided a travel cot for our baby which she slept so well in. I can be quite fussy but I thought the food was amazing. I went out of my comfort zone and tried things I wouldn’t usually try and I’m so glad I did. There was so much to choose from at the different stations. The coffee/gelato place near reception is incredible too! Staff were always helpful and friendly and always interacting with our baby which was lovely! We walked up hill to the europa center a couple of times which we found fine even with a pushchair and when we went down to mogan mall/the center/ water foundation it was only around 5 euro in a taxi. The free bus to the beach was really handy too! The hotel gym is fab too and has good equipment. It is also worth going to the gym just for the view! We had a brilliant week and will definitely come back in the future.

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of June for the first time with our one-year-old and two-year-old children, and it was an amazing experience. Don’t believe all the negative comments. I think some of the people leaving those reviews may be the reason hotel staff become frustrated. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was exactly what you would expect from a busy all-inclusive resort. There were plenty of options available, catering to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements. Regarding comments about children touching the food, yes, we saw some children excitedly exploring the buffet, but I see that as part of the experience for them. They were simply enjoying the opportunity to choose their own food. We had a shared swim-up pool, which was never overcrowded, and our room was always kept clean and tidy. Housekeeping even washed our baby bottles, which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. The only criticism I have, and it’s a very minor one, is that the AI+ cocktails didn’t quite meet our expectations. However, when staff are serving large numbers of people quickly, it’s understandable that the occasional drink might be a little too strong or not quite right. Overall, this hotel is fantastic for both families and adults. And to anyone complaining about children being everywhere, remember one thing: you were a child once too! Keep up the great work, Servatur Azul. You have been amazing, and thank you for keeping the pistachio ice cream topped up—it made my week!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, nothing wrong can be said about it! Food and drink brilliant, so many sun beds to choose from with all the pools to also choose from so much variety. The staff are also so friendly and polite, I would rate the hotel even higher if it was possible. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!

the hotel was amazing the entertainment staff were amazing and there is always something for all age ranges. one of the best hotels i have stayed at with the care from the staff and entertainment people. absolutely amazing. the staff are always cleaning and seem to never stop. the restaurant hours are amazing and perfect for early birds aswell as people who like a lay in. always something going on on a night it is absolutely incredible. and throughout the sh there is always something to do. and if you don’t want to get off your sunbed they bring the game to you. the rooms are always spotless. it is quite high up however a taxi down to the bottom near puerto rico shopping centre is around €5. there’s a shop in the hotel aswell as a cash machine outside that. there’s a taxi rank outside the hotel and there is a free bus down to the amadors beach which is amazing. could not recommend this hotel enough!!! the views from the restaurant are amazing. and the atmosphere is amazing aswell throughout the day but especially on a night. there is food for everyone and even had gluten free food aswell. the drinks were amazing and it isn’t cheap spirits for example the vodka is Smirnoff. however if you have all inclusive + you are able to have more!!
