High level hotel with various facilities that creat full time activities. The hotel is not in the center of Limasol this is benefit because the provide you all your needs . The atmosphere is calm all over the hotel, the size of the hotel allow to fell that even the hotel is full of guests it has a minor effect. The staff all over the hotel give you a filling that they care about you and your request. The hotel is very clean all over lobby , casino , restaurant, restroom, rooms etc. The verity of food in the breakfast and dinner are very good , you will find your self confused with what they offered you. The only comment I have is that in the casino it is allowed to smoke, I was dispoited from that .

My stay at City of Dreams Mediterranean was excellent from start to finish. This is one of those rare hotels that manages to combine the facilities of a large resort with the service and attention to detail you would expect from a luxury property. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. Everything felt new, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout the stay. The pool area is stunning and quickly became one of my favorite parts of the resort. There is plenty of space to relax, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the entire property feels well organized despite its size. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was extensive, the quality was consistently high, and the staff were always welcoming and attentive. Service throughout the hotel was excellent, with team members who genuinely seemed to care about guests having a great experience. What impressed me most was the overall standard of the resort. Every area, from the lobby to the restaurants and outdoor spaces, was maintained to a very high level. It feels like a destination in itself rather than simply a hotel. Whether you're visiting Cyprus for a holiday, a special occasion, or simply a relaxing getaway, I would highly recommend City of Dreams Mediterranean. It offers the comfort, facilities, and service of a true luxury resort, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in Cyprus.

Everything was perfect!! The service was the best I’ve ever received. Everything was so clean, aesthetic, and luxurious. Unfortunately I went to the spa only in my last day there, cause it was the best experience I’ve ever experienced, and if I could I was definitely go again. I want to especially thanks Jean from the spa, for her kindness and the best back massage ever. She listen really carefully to my complains and painful areas, and give me a lot of tips to how to avoid the same problems I had in the feature. Thank you so much!!

The hotel is about 35 minutes from Paphos airport which is mainly motorway so it goes quick, This truly is a 5 star hotel, nothing is too much for the staff they are very helpful, I am celiac so cannot eat gluten, I was asked about this by Gregory the concierge manager who made sure that all staff where aware whenever I ordered food by putting a note on my booking, this has to be the best place I have ever stayed for gluten free options! Every meal was delicious and I truly didn’t feel like I missed out as there was always gluten free bread to replace the usual bread that would have gone with a meal for example burger and chips came with gluten free bun, bread rolls at breakfast, fresh gluten free pancakes.. my husband is also a picky eater and they accommodated his remove this and that from the burger etc and it wasn’t any trouble for them they understood and were happy to do it Steak restaurant was exceptional best steak we have eaten cooked exactly how we like it to our tastes and sliced at the table before presenting it to us This truly is a luxury hotel and we were made to feel very welcomed and our experience with the hotel made the holiday amazing it was our first time in Cyprus and first time staying the city of dreams hotel chain we would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Cyprus
