Milea Hotel

Booked a short 4 day trip and stayed here. I would never book a vibe hotel in high season but knew it would be ok out of season. I had seen other hotels with a higher rating but visually didn't like the look the rooms. I was actually really surprised at how clean and good the hotel was. My room was so spacious and I over looked the pool so got the morning sun which was lovely. Location was spot on and I hired a quad from the place opposite and could even park the quad safety in the hotel car park. Food was fresh and always something to choose from. Staff were all extremely pleasant and always smiling. My favourite staff member was Jermany, always greated me with this big wonderful smile and only after my first day he knew my drinks order and was on hand ready when he saw. its little extra touches like this that make your stay that extra special. Reception staff were very friendly too and the lobby area was air-conditioned and a nice clean design. I travel all the time and have stayed in all sorts of hotels and airbnbs and honestly I was really taken a back at the high standards as only a 3 star. If your looking for a great location and your in the middle so have so many restaurant's, bars, supermarkets and beaches. Fig tree bay is 20 mins on your left and Nissi beach 5mins on your right. What a fantastic hotel. A little gem in Ayia Napa. Firstly I have to thank all of the staff at the hotel. They are fantastic people and nothing was ever a problem. From Michael the manager, Tony and the kitchen staff, Jeremy and the bar staff, receptionists, pool staff and anyone else I may have missed, you made our holiday with my wife and elderly mother. The hotel is right in the middle of Ayia Napa with supermarkets, restaurants, bars all within 2 minutes from the hotel. I hired a car from across the road from the hotel which was cheap and reliable. Tasos is the owner of handy cars. Although the hotel is close to the nightlife our room was very quiet. It was a spacious room with good air conditioning and cleaned regularly. The bed was comfortable. AI Drinks were good at the pool bar and lobby bar. Plenty of cocktails and the beer was nice. Breakfast was very good and always a good choice at lunch and dinner. The pool snacks we’ve also very good. Just order at the bar and they were delivered quickly to your sun bed. I would not hesitate to return to the hotel. A 3 star hotel doesn’t do it justice. I can’t reiterate enough how friendly the staff were at the Milea.

This is a good little hotel in a great town centre location. The rooms were nice enough and of adequate size, ( you would not want more than 2 in a standard room), however they needed the odd bit of repair (shelf in cupboard fell down once clothes were on it and mould in the shower) Beds were ok, pillows a bit lumpy. Shower was powerful enough and plenty of hot water, but only on an evening, however the shower did spray out and caused quite a puddle on the floor, had to mop it up with floor and hand towels. The air conditioning was lovely and cold. The pool didn’t open until 10am and was clean, it didn’t seem to get massively busy. It’s the first holiday I have been able to lie in and not have to rush down to reserve a sun bed. The down side was the noise on an evening in the rooms and corridors, there are obviously a lot of young guests in Ayia Napa for a good time. The corridors echo and you can hear every noise, screaming, music with the beat banging from other rooms, and shouting at each other until all hours. If you can bring some ear plugs and can tolerate this then it’s a good hotel. Oh and the fire alarm went off 3 times in the week we were there. We weren’t being picked up until 7pm but checkout is 11am, you can’t pre pay for a later checkout, you need to go and see reception on the morning you are due to leave. I was informed the hotel was full but they would let us stay until 1:30pm for free, which was nice of them to do. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Back from 5 nights stay with my partner. Hotel modern and clean, just like the pictures. Great location for those who want to head to the bars at night. No problems with the room at all. And housekeeping was ok. On our arrival we were met by a very miserable man who claimed to not understand what ‘I want to check in’ means, he called Jeremy over, who was a delight and he issued us our keys etc. Pool is small though there are enough sunbeds for everyone and seating in the shade. Short walk to the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are chargeable here but that’s ok. We went all inclusive; I wouldn’t recommend it. The food choices were lacking, everything seemed really oily and greasy. Limited salad choices, lots had cheese in and were not labelled as containing dairy, if labelled at all. Plenty of fruit but desserts were also disappointing (angel delight, jelly, or some unidentifiable cake). Table service for drinks can be a little slow even though the restaurant isn’t busy, on one occasion my partner had to go out to the bar himself to get our drinks and we were only offered second drinks on one occasion. Check out was an easy process. We were on a night flight and were able to leave our bags behind reception until we were ready. One downfall were the noisy revellers returning at 5-6am running, screaming and shouting on the corridor, this woke us up every day- but then I expect nothing else in Napa!! 🤣

best bartender jeremy made the visit very pleasant. Close to the city also and good drinks at the bar. Recomend to buy all inclusive
