TUI BLUE Atlantica Sungarden Park

The Atlantic Sun Garden park Hotel is absolutely amazing. This was a return visit for us after staying at the hotel in August 2025 for our wedding, where we stayed with a large group of family and friends. We loved the hotel so much that we returned again in May 2026 with my in laws. From the moment we arrived, the staff remembered us and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The level of care and friendliness from every member of staff makes the hotel feel more like family than just a holiday destination. There is nothing we could fault. We were greeted by reception staff who remembered us and our wedding, which was lovely. We were also welcomed back with a complimentary bottle and fruit in our room, along with a lovely drink on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel incredibly valued as returning guests. The reception staff explained we are now members and can collect points for our stays which is amazing! The spa massage experience was incredible — honestly out of this world. I've had plenty of massages but this was by far the best!! The food variety is immense, with so many different choices every day, and everything was delicious. The Chef greeted us every lunch and dinner with a hug or hand shake to welcome us back. The cleaning staff were always so friendly and welcoming, and the reception team were amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Every member of staff is so kind and friendly. We had an issue with our sink leaking and this was looked at straight away. A huge special mention to Maria the bar manager, along with Samjay and Seikh, who were all so friendly and attentive. It was lovely getting to talk to them and get to know them during our stay. They went above and beyond for us, remembered our drink orders, made amazing cocktails, and were always looking out for us whenever our glasses were empty. They really helped make our stay the best holiday. I can't wait to return to see them again. The swim-up pools are fantastic and really make the experience feel extra luxurious. I had requested a specific room because it was the same room I got ready in for my wedding, and the hotel kindly ensured we were given that exact room again, which meant so much to us. The rooms are large and the pools are super clean. It's lovely to have a swim up so we have the option of the pools to use. The staff told us they cannot wait for us to return next year, and we honestly cannot wait either. This is by far the best hotel we have ever visited, and we have loved every single aspect of it. My family also can't wait to return and we are already thinking of coming Sept 2027. We stayed 11 nights and we were so sad to leave!

The hotel isn’t too bad and the staff all seem friendly and nice, food and options are quite good. The only issues for us is the room. Cleanliness on arrival was poor with hair all over the place including in the bed and bathroom and floor was dirty. The early morning staff begin around 6.30am ish and both mornings they have constantly left doors to slam shut so, I wouldn’t return.

Fabulous location close to everything Staff are very polite and always happy Food was absolutely fantastic and delicious The swim up rooms were great I felt very comfortable and they are very clean Our holiday atmosphere overall was brilliant and welcoming and friendly No trouble with noise levels all within boundaries Overall great value We all had a great time thank you Atlantica sungarden hotel ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing hotel will definitely return! Staff so lovely and helpful. Upgraded us for free to a room with a private pool. Saved us sandwiches as flight super late. Would highly recommend. Thank you x

Just returned from a 7day holiday we booked a swim up room and asked for it to be sunny facing however when we arrived it was cloudy but though it was very shaded so next day we went to reception to say we had requested a sunny facing room , the reception staff ( Jana ) was very condescending told me she had no control over the sun and as it wasn’t sunny at that time to come back , we also asked about keeping our room on as we had an extremely late flight she told us to come back the day before we were due to leave. The room issue was never resolved and it only got two hours of sun that we would use as by 4 we went for a nap so we paid a lot more money for nothing. On the day before we left we went again to reception see the same women (Jana ) who said ok come back tomorrow morning by this time my patience was wearing thin so I asked her why did you tell us to come back today when you can’t tell us until tomorrow she said we had to give our room number today and call back tomorrow 🤷‍♀️don’t understand why they couldn’t take our room number the day we requested this very unfriendly and unhelpful. The food was lovely in the main restaurant however the service wasn’t the best had to be seated which wasn’t where we wanted to sit so we started getting our drink from the bar and choosing our own seat. The al la carte was booked via a computer in the reception which we liked however when we ate there the food was terrible cold and the red wine throughout the hotel was undrinkable so wouldn’t bother going there if we ever returned. The best staff in our opinion was the reception bar staff Bijay was our star man and Sanjay both an asset to the hotel. In the week we stayed never had our sheets changed and most times if we were in the room on our loungers the room just got a quick towel change and water re stocked by the end of the week the floor was covered in dust.
